Had a nice biz meeting here. Pretty good menu selection and decent wine list. Not a budget meal by any means, but lovely decor. We sat in the front by the bar, to take advantage of the enormous ceiling and good light. Back in the restaurant it gets pretty dark.

Catch 35 doesn't disappoint. There are many seafood dishes and more. The sashimi was high grade. Waitress Ann has been there 17 years and knows her stuff. There is a set price all-inclusive meal which includes dessert, too. It's a good place to order key lime pie in the Midwest. Will return with each trip to Chicago.

My wife and I went there for dinner at 7:00 on a Monday night...not the busiest and there were plenty of open tables. We were promptly greeted and seated... Then we just set there... For far too long. The manager showed up and took our drink order... We probably should have left after the drinks. Our waiter was friendly and... More

We've been here at least four times and each time the food has been wonderful - but they have always been understaffed. Our server was so rushed she didnt have time to explain the menu and give us time to ask questions. Drinks and food were both slow. Love the food, but management you need to beef up the staff,... Loved most of the lunch, did a 3 course, the soup and salad were fantastic, service was amazing, however the main course, which was swordfish was on the drier side. The grill-man over cooked it by a good amount. Really nice atmosphere and bar!

We had excellent seafood and the accompaniments were delicious. Waiter was friendly. Live (singer) music was good but loud and we had trouble talking with one another. Specials and prix fix meals were delicious.

Great service, and excellent value! Would gladly go there again. We did the fixed price menu and were astounded at the quantity of food provided. Definitely a must for any Chicago visit.

I love this restaurant. It is one of my favorite seafood restaurants in Chicago. The halibut is the best I have ever had!

The restaurant is in a convenient location next to the river. The food is outstanding. I had blackened salmon and fried oysters and both were prepared perfectly. I was seated all the way in the back dining room and it was obviously understaffed. The server was ok but just had much more to do than it appeared possible. Recommended- will... More

I enjoyed the crab cakes that were made up of huge chunks of crab. The side was a roasted cauliflower that was seasoned beautifully.( I am usually not a fan of cauliflower.) My daughter enjoyed their crab legs and lobster tail. I would highly recommend Catch 35 if you are in the River Walk area of Chicago.
