We had a great seafood meal. Our waiter had good suggestions for both food and wine, very helpful. We shared a Thai mussels starter that was excellent, the broth was just fantastic with the bread. The Chilean Sea Bass was an interesting mixture of seafood taste with a little tart and the rice with coconut milk really set it off.... More

The Chef out did himself/herself today... everything was excellent from the scallops appetizer to the Sea Bass... my husband had the Shrimp and Crab Bisque soup and Seafood Mix Grill...Delicious all around... I would recommend this Spot for for food, service and let's not forget the drinks... we had a good time. It was our 43 year wedding anniversary and... More

Catch35 is a spacious restaurant and offers fish and steaks. Long waiting time, uncarefull picking of our order and untasty plates compound the disappointment for the dinner we had. The swordfish we ordered was tasteless and arrived cold to the table. The personnel was suboptimal and slow.

My husband and I were visiting Chicago and in the mood for good fish. My daughter had told me she had heard good things about Catch 35, so we tried it. It was easy to find, atmosphere pleasant, decor updated, friendly hostess. It was a fairly busy Friday night, but that being said, our waiter was very inattentive. The food... More

Have not been there for over 15 years. It was a small group business lunch (we ordered from the menu). Everyone liked their meal. The prices were "reasonable" service was great. Wine by the glass has a good selection. The bisque was very good (not as good as Nick's). I had the fisherman's platter (though I just don't like oysters)... More

This restaurant is very nice, great atmosphere. Had king crab, was delicious. We had a great server. It was pricey. The bartender was a little snobby. But over all it was a great experience.

Used to Love this place.... Took my friend there for pre-theater birthday dinner. Both small eaters, so each ordered a salad, and then 2 appetizers. Plus total of 3 glasses of wine. This was not enough, apparently to garner us the pre-theater discount valet. They informed us after we got our bill, that we had to order an entrée. Haven't... More

My daughter and I recently visited Catch 35 prior to a musical at the Oriental Theater. It was a quick walk over the river from our hotel and only a couple blocks more to the theater. We sat in the bar area in the front of the restaurant at a high-top table, which gave us front row seat to the... More

My husband and I ordered an appetizer and entree prior to attending a nearby theatre. We love seafood, but this restaurant seriously disappointed. I have an allergy to soybean oil and both my appetizer and entree were summarily brought to me with substitutions the kitchen inserted without asking me if I would like them (or wanted to change my order)....
