I wanted an early dinner - and something nice but relatively healthy. Accordingly, I passed on all the great nearby steakhouses and visited Catch 35 which was just around the corner from my hotel. I had a very good Caesar Salad - and Chilean Sea Bass. The food and the service were both very good.

We are from Maine so definitely wanted seafood and we were not disappointed. I had Halibut and my wife Chilean Sea Bass. The food was great but expensive, great drinks and service. Four of us eat for $200 plus tip.

My wife and I went in mid-week for dinner and were pleased overall with our experience. The waitstaff was attentive and organized with service. The fish did not seem to be of spectacular quality but maybe that was just what we ordered. We'll definitely try it again.

My wife and I visited this restaurant a number of years ago and when we recently returned to Chicago, we thought we would also revisit Catch35. We were seated right next to the kitchen entry/exit which was far too noisy and too much activity to make the evening enjoyable. Service was not very attentive. Food was good but not what... More

We dined there, did not have reservations but was seated in the jazz lounge. We loved it, the band, cocktails, food, service were wonderful. Put this on your list. You will not be disappointed.

Had a wonderful meal here before walking a block to the Goodman. The tuna sashimi was outstanding..the ginger was the best I have ever had...really. Sourdough bread was warm and delicious. Had the Chilean Sea Bass...very very good. Star was the tuna poke. Just fantastic. Wine list by the glass was a bit weak. The usual excellent seafood gumbo was... More

We (two couples) had reservations for an early dinner before attending "Hamilton". The restaurant was quiet when we arrived at 4 p.m., we were the only diners. The menu was rather extensive, but we ordered front the fixed-price menu. Three of us had the Atlantic salmon, one had filet mignon medallions. The salads were satisfying and looked appetizing. The main... More

My wife and I had dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our server was super friendly and very attentive. We ordered his recommendations and he was batting 1.000. Started with oysters and a beet salad, delicious. Wife had scallops on brisket slaw, holy %#+€ delicious. I had seared sea bass with veges and rice, delicious. Nice wine selection too. Finished... 3 course pre fixe meal for the theatre is a good deal. Nice selection of seafood on the menu. Service is good, food is good, and they will get you in and out if you have tickets to the show. Can generally get a table.

A cab driver recommended this restaurant and raved about the food. We were not disappointed. Everything was delicious and interesting. Even down to the dessert. I had the prefixed menu and there were plenty of choices. Highly recommend if you're r in Chicago and looking for seafood. Great neighborhood also
