Spending few days in windy city gave me an opportunity to visit this restaurant located conveniently downtown Chicago. Service was polite and professional, prices a bit steep. Yet, you forget about the bill once you take a first steak-bite. I've ordered entry level size, but I struggled to finish it. I might have made mistake ordering shrimps as a starter.... More

A couple of friends and I ate at Wildfire tonight - known for Steaks, Chops and Seafood. The front desk at the Godfrey Hotel recommended it when we asked for a Steak house within walking distance. Normally I am unimpressed with restaurant steaks as they tend to be bland and not near as flavorful as the ones I cook at... More

Had dinner with two other adults and three young teen boys. We have eaten here a number of times before. This time service was slow, entrees took longer than acceptable to come out and my steak wasn't as good as in the past. The boys had hamburgers that they liked.

This place was a great hidden gem, there was a ton of options for food and was priced as a steakhouse would be. We were also celebrating a birthday we received a free dessert!

Got caught in the Delta power outage debacle trying to get to Chicago so when I finally arrived I was tired, hungry and a little cranky. Once I arrived, my mood was quickly changed with the great service, atmosphere, food and of course some wine. I had the cedar plank soy glazed salmon. It was perfectly cooked, melt in your... More

We were a group of 4 ladies out for dinner. All our food was very good. However, we had one ladies whose martini glass broke and went everywhere. some of the staff saw what happened, but no one offered to come over and help us clean it up. We started using the napkins to clean up the drink and finally... More

I walked into a lovely ambiance that was tastefully stated. We sat down to some delicious breads. One loaf onion and the other was similar to an Irish soda bread. Then we placed an order of crab cakes. Not my favorite how ever someone else loved it. I enjoyed the delicate bacon wrapped scallop appetizers. Then we bought out the... More

This place is truly fabulous. The menu is extensive and varied and the gluten free options are not to be beat (full menu with bread products and desserts). If you like potatoes, the scalloped are some of the best I've ever had and the chocolate cake is awesome.
