The restaurant was down the street from our hotel. A few minutes walking. We went on a Tuesday night around 7:30. It wasn't extremely busy but there were quite a few tables sat. The server explained that it takes about 40 minutes for the pizzas to cook and asked if we would like any appetizers or salads. We did get... More

The sampler platter started us off with delicious bites and quick service, while we waited for our Chicago stuffed pizza (takes 45 minutes to cook). The waiter was very helpful in suggesting portion sizes, as my husband and I wanted different toppings. The 1/2 and 1/2 option was perfect for us. The pizza was not so hot that it burned... More

I really enjoyed the atmosphere here and the food was really good. We ordered their cheesy garlic bread for appetizer and the hand tossed thin pizza I believe it was. It took 45 minutes for the deep dish to bake and we didn't have that much time to dine so next visit will be the deep dish pizza. The wait... More

It has been years since I ate deep dish pizza. I went to Giordano's as it was close to Mag Mile. The three of us tried a veggie pizza. It was very good, and so was the beer. The restaurant manager helped me out by advising some places to listen to blues music. Extra star for Giordano's by going above... More

Just back in Chicago for a visit, and of course I had to go to Giordano's on Rush. The restaurant has changed a lot from the one I remember 20+ years ago, but the pizza has not -- hot, delicious deep dish with the very best crust. I recommend going @ 11:30am for an early lunch, before the crowds hit.... More

The pizza was good. My first taste of Chicago deep dish. I ordered the individual lunch meal and found it to be a lot of food. The parmesan fries were probably my favorite. And friendly service.

Apparently this restaurant invented the deep dish pizza, so we had to try it. Was good. Didn't blow is away, but good. Kind of like a stuffed pizza. We ordered a mini size since we were not super hungry. We were satisfied and happy we tried it. We went to the location at the Navy Pier in the evening. Only... More

Wait wasn't bad at all! Ordered the pizza while we waited and had a drink, the bruchetta was great and the pizza of course was unbelievable! Classic Chicago pie, so yummy! Classic Chicago deep dish pizza at its finest.

Stopped for lunch break, craft beers, individual chicago-style pizzas, salads. Quick service, great taste (sausage). Undergoing remodel, not much atmosphere right now.

This was a good pizza place especially caught me by surprise. We never ordered the deep dish Pizza, we ordered the thin crust for 2 and it was nice and fresh. The only downside was that it was really hot in there and no place to hang out coats. Apart from that the food was really nice and good service... More
