Stopped at this Potbelly for a quick meal before a CSO concert. They're just next door. We were very disappointed. The place was pretty empty but the service was slow and sloppy. It was not as clean as one would expect.
It is very nice that Potbelly foffers whole wheat bread for sandwiches. They have a skinny version to save calories.
Soups are excellent as well as choice of sandwiches. Sandwiches are fabricated quickly and checkout os pleasant.
This sandwich shop reminded us of the Which Wich out here on the West Coast. We had the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich with Provolone. It was good. This also gave us some time to relax and get off our feet as we had been doing...More
Want a quick bite...try any of Potbellys sandwiches or soups. Personally I tried the BLT accompanied by Tomato soup and chips; it was great. Prices are average and service was friendly and welcoming. Will try other orders on my next visit.
I popped in here to grab a sandwich whilst on way to a meeting. Service was fast and efficient. The sandwiches al looked great and I had a Turkey and Swiss which was delicious.
Great grab and go sandwich bar.
Will go here again before...More
A good place to have lunch, opposite the Art Institute. Neither of us had ever heard of this chain or eaten at any of their cafes before arriving in Chicago. Delicious rolls/sandwiches, freshly made; great smoothies; friendly staff.

The order process was someone with an iPad taking my order while standing in line...More
I’d never heard of this chain before stumbling in for a sandwich. I expected a decent tuna sandwich and was surprised by an excellent one that wasn’t dripping in mayo. I recommended it to several people who initially gave me condescending looks, until they tried...More
Stopped in for lunch. Line was long but the service was fast. No complaints.
Had my usual "ham and cheese" and wasn't disappointed.
Sub was a good size and very tasty.
I would pick this shop over that "other" one any day.
Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of
the most iconic landmarks in the city. A stunning skyline coupled with cultural attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago present a Downtown where work and play peacefully coexist.
