I quite enjoyed the salad and was happy with how large it was. They make it quick and fresh. There was a constant line of to go folks the whole time. I like to eat in and they do not have a lot of space....It is a good grub hub choice. It is worth a visit.More

As per the review below, the guy behind the counter argued with me over an expired diet Coke. He suggested that he'd never seen expiry dates on Coke before and would have to talk to his supplier. Nice salad, I wish there was a hand...basin to use. Wouldn't return for the sore attitude of the Bad vibe man.More

Good food and very nice ladies behind the counter. However, the guy who's always there gives me a weird vibe. And since he showed up several months ago and always is there, the super nice ladies seem very nervous. Tonight, I took advantage of a...Buy One Get One 1/2 Off Deal. While I waited, Weird Vibe Guy came out and got himself a smoothie from the fridge, then disappeared into the back. Once my tasty wraps were finished and I was rung up by the nice lady, things got strange. A smoothie showed up on the computer screen, but I didn't think much of it, figuring it was about 1/2 of the cost of a wrap. Then the screen shut off and my bill was $15. Umm, one wrap is $7.75. The math seemed wonky. The Nice Lady seemed terribly nervous. I was in there alone and uncomfortable confronting Weird Vibe Guy. But the more I think about it, the more I'm convinced he had her charge me for his damn smoothie. I'll go back for simple orders until my next Belly award gives me a free salad. Then I'm finished with this place. You can get great salads much cheaper at Jewel, plus Mariano's is about to open. And no Weird Vibe Guy hovering at either place.More

This is one of those salad places where you create your own from a number of ingredients and dressings. I have had about five salads here by now, and every one of them had very fresh ingredients. No duds! They are very patient with you,...as you survey your possibilities. Also have good soup. A great take-out place, although there are a few tables, which always seem occupied.More

I am glad i discovered salad bar in my neighbourhood. Instead of eating a healthy salad i choose to put my salad in a wrap, taste so different bit so good! The service is good and quick. They also have the option to make a...sandwich, they have different drinks and with a wrap you get a free bag of chips ( a little treat for yourself). And they have Belly points and since i am a loyal customer once in a while i can get a free wrap!More

89 different ingredients to choose from to make your own custom salad and there are 7 set salads in case you are overwhelmed by choices. Plus there are 11 wraps and create your own sandwich options. I just came back from celebrating my god son's...graduation from DePaul University. Chicago has LOTS of greasy heavy food options, lots of bars and some very high end expensive dining options. This place was a little spot of fresh heaven in the land of cholesterol and condos. Numerous beverage options too. My server, Mayra, could have not been more accommodating. She gave me everything I wanted on the salad and even offered me a taste of dressing when I was having trouble making up my mind. It is the perfect place to take a family because everyone can have what they want for under ten bucks each. My salad was so large that I enjoyed it the next day too with very little degradation in quality. I just did not dress the whole salad ahead of time so nothing wilted. The protein choices were fabulous and she did not stint on piling it on and mixing it perfectly. I highly recommend this oasis of freshness. It is a smallish casual place with enough room for just about 18 close friends, very close friends. But take out is not a problem either. Loved this place.More
