We recently moved to Edgewater and wanted to try Pasteur. We finally made reservations, which were not really needed, as the restaurant was empty. Our reservation was at 7 pm and there was only one more couple dining. Later on, two more tables filled up....More

Elegant, somewhat upscale, but not overly pricy. Vietnamese cuisine heavily influenced by the French.
