A lot of tourists frequent this restaurant given it's proximity to Michigan Ave and attractions like the Art Institute. It also gets a lot of traffic from the neighboring Chicago Symphony orchestra. Therefore, they could kind of rest on their laurels and put food that's...More

Went to Tesori before a night at the Symphony. Chose it because it was close to the CSO. Glad we did. Beautiful space, great tasting food, wonderful service. Loved the Grilled Scallops and the Monkfish Ratatouille. If they have the Orange Olive Oil Cake on...More

The service was very good, despite the restaurant being crowded with presymphony folks. The Caesar salad was ordinary but the Gnudi gnocchi was incredible. Prices were reasonable for this location and appropriate for the value of the meal.

Lots of vibes about "new, elegant, cosmopolitan", and the food isn't really all that bad, but they missed the mark as far as a real Italian dining delight. The "assorted antipasti" is just a few grilled veggies - - not much flavor excitement there.

We had reservations at this restaurant last week and really enjoyed it. The service was very good and attentive. Recommended red wine was fantastic. I had the Roasted Beets as an appetizer(huge portion)...delicious! For my entree, I had the Gnocci; which was a perfect portion...More

Met some friends for drinks and appetizers. The restaurant has Happy hour pricing on some basic appetizers. They also offer a generous salami and cheese platter. We ordered a selection of apps and had great cocktails and service with Danny the bartender. If you are...More
