The bar downstairs is a great getaway after work for either chatting with colleagues or continuing the work day with free WIFI access.

Given its location, we had high expectations. Service was slow. The food was ok, but expensive for basically bar food. While it was minor, they served my order to someone else and did not correct the price. It was ok food, slow service, expensive and disappointing. There are better options in the area

We had just come back to Blu Aqua after going to see " Spamilton ( a hilarious spoof on Broadway's "Hamilton" )at a theatre in Lincoln Park. We decided to check out Filini since it was an elevator ride away from our rooms and we were exhausted from a day of sight-seeing in Chi town. We had looked over the... More

The service for breakfast was less than stellar. Our waitress (Amy Z) showed little enthusiasm and was actually quite surly when we ordered. She was busy filling coffee carafes, juice carafes and any other item she could find to fill while we waited well over 10 minutes to order our food. We finally asked a bus person to send over... Though we expected a revival under a new chef, the options and quality were poor. We had the mixed fries, green salad, salmon, scallops and pork chop. All were unimaginative and not well cooked. The pork chop was bland with sauce dumped on it. The salmon was dry and overdone. The salad was not dressed. The fries were a strange... More

Michael Bass was outstanding! He made our stay worth remembering by providing excellent service. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, as well as the city and things to do while visiting. He really set the bar high for other places that we travel. Thank you Michael, we will return to see you soon!

Filini is within the Radisson downtown. Hotel restaurants are rarely that interesting, or that good; and Filini shares some of those limitations. It is a beautiful space with a gorgeous bar, with worthwhile cocktails, a solid wine list, and an exceptional collection of local beers. They serve comfort food, which is neither challenging nor spicy. The spaghetti is standard issue;... More

Great service, great food, and the tile pattern in the floor is spectacular. Available for lunch breakfast and dinner -you don't have to leave your hotel to have a great dining experience.

As a vegan, it's difficult to find food, but the waitstaff was very helpful. When I asked if a veggie sandwich from the bar menu had cheese, the bartender said no, so I was surprised when it arrived with cheese. She quickly whisked it away, brought me a new sandwich, and comped my glass of wine- a very classy move.
