What a unique combination of Polish and Colombian dishes! I tried the Emparogies, a combination of empanada and pirogies. They were delicious! The flakey crust of the empanada in a pirogie shape, stuffed with sweet potatoes, meat and onions. The Town Hall Food Mart is...a really fun experience for anyone visiting Chicago. As a chef, I am envious it wasn’t my professional creation! Thank you for this experience.More
