We tried to squeeze in a meal before our Amtrak.
We missed our Amtrak, but the food was so good, we ended up not caring that we had missed our train. That’s kind of the best compliment I can give kitchen.
The food was unique, creative, and melded two widely-separated traditions in a flawless and delicious way.
This is the future of foods. As a chef, I am envious it wasn’t my professional creation!
Thank you for this experience.

Popped in for a late lunch on a recent visit to Chicago & had "arepa-skis" which were utterly delicious and had an amazing palette of flavours. Looking forward to a return visit to try the other menu options.

What a unique combination of Polish and Colombian dishes! I tried the Emparogies, a combination of empanada and pirogies. They were delicious! The flakey crust of the empanada in a pirogie shape, stuffed with sweet potatoes, meat and onions. The Town Hall Food Mart is a really fun experience for anyone visiting Chicago. Lots of great choices!
