As yet another fantastic Boka Restaurant Group endeavor, GT Fish & Oyster opened in March of 2011, and has helped redefine the American seafood restaurant. Michelin starred, and Food and Wines Best New Chef 2008, Giuseppe Tentori, has developed a menu that's half-traditional, half modern, in an everchanging small plates format. The restaurant received three stars from the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun Times, and 4 stars from Time Out Chicago.

One of my favorite Chicago restaurants!!!! Can always count on good service, good cocktails, and marvelous food. Order anything, you can’t go wrong!!!!
Plus an avocado snapper ceviche, jumbo prawns, and an excellent bar. I didn't have a chance to try a full meal as I was eating super early, and only the bar menu was available. Lots of yummy choices, though.
My husband and I went here as part of their ticketed progressive dinner. For $100 including tax and gratuity you get 5 courses here and another 5 at GT Prime. There is also an optional wine pairing for $25 at both restaurants. It was a...More
