If you’re looking for a lively bar/restaurant that has to long bars and outside eating area, then give Public House a shot. I sat at the bar and the open doors gave me a great look south on State Street. I had the Spicy Mussels...More

We asked my cousin (who lives in Chicago) where would be a good place near the loop to watch sports for good food, good pint, and decent screens. My husband and I were watching the World Cup. This pub was excellent and nice that there...More

I had business close by, wish I had stopped here last time. Sat at the bar and had a great lunch with a ton of folks watching soccer. The brisket was fantastic and the service was prompt and welcoming. I will be back!

My wife and I spent a couple of hours watching college hoops and enjoying a couple "pops". The place is loud and full of energy, but still chill enough to have a conversation. Real nice beer selection, including a few that I had never tried,...More

We came for an afternoon snack. We enjoyed the nachos and the cheese curds. The latter were delicious. We also tried a non alcoholic cake shake. The food was goood. The service was mediocre

Had dinner and went back a few hours later for desert. The bbq pork sandwich and fries were really good and the beer selection was off the charts. The bbq sauce was sweet but not overly, we really liked it. If you go get the...More
