We ate here several years ago when in Chicago and had a great meal so we decided to eat here again on our recent trip. We had amazing service and this made our evening very enjoyable but the rest was not so great as it had been last time. They keep the restaurant very dark and I think this is... More

A busy bar with a great ambiance. Nicely decorated, friendly staff. They make all the usual drinks and have a nice wine list but also a special list of house cocktails. Their G&T is made with Citadelle Gin, Fever Tree Tonic, Mint and Grapefruit in a large oval goblet with a pure, clear, large ice cube. Just can't be beat.... More

Thank you for the excellent review. The Spanish Gin and Tonic Program has been a big hit among gin lovers. We do change the cocktail menus seasonally, so expect a couple new gin and tonics to try at the end of October. Sincerely Scott Clague Assistant General Manager More

Went on a Saturday morning for breakfast. We were able to get right in, as it wasn't busy. Our waiter came right over and asked if we wanted anything to drink. My husband ordered a coffee and I just had water. When our waiter came back to take our food order, we asked for recommendations and he said the crab... More

The Staff were welcoming and the restaurant is very well put together as is the wine list. The food is a Tapas style. The Taco's were nice as were the Lobster Rangoons, the rest we ate were nothing amazing but tasty. Not an overly cheap option but would go here again.

Global cuisine, lots of Asian influence expect Japan. We had oysters, poppers and pork and all was tasty. The place can be difficult to find but its worth finding. Best to share food

I am glad you had great experience at Sable and thank you for taking the time to write a review. We just changed out menu to a fall menu and took it back to a more classic New American style of cuisine. Also expect a new cocktail list, with fall influences to match, coming the end of the month. We went to this place because it has good reviews and you can make reservations online, which is a plus. For dinner, we ordered the sishito peppers, the wagyu burgers, the mac&cheese, the frites and the broccoli salad. The sishito peppers are a shame: they are stuffed by a cheap cheddar sauce and breaded. It really feels like you could... More

Our family stayed at this hotel and decided to eat at the restaurant down stairs. What a pleasant surprise. Everything we ordered was amazing. Soft pretzel appetizers. Chicken and waffles and dessert were outstanding. I tasted other family members dishes and it was all top notch food with a lovely presentation.

Everyone raved about Sable, and told us we had to go! The two things that stick out about our experience are 1.) Size of appetizers (and quality) not worth the money and 2.) bartender gave us both drinks with a liquor other than what we requested. Very odd. I've never known a bartender to do that intentionally before....and then he... More
