4 of us dropped in on Friday night. This location is quite small, all bumping into each other, and not all that attractive. Finally got a seat, and the pizza was pretty good -- but not excellent. I like Giordano's better. Staff was pleasant. They have one of those cola machines with multiple flavors, but it was fairly skimpily stocked... More

The deep dish pizza was just as delicious as other locations of Gino's East experienced various times over the years. This location has a big outdoor seating area, which was nice on a recent Saturday afternoon.

Went there for a casual Saturday dinner. Opted for a thin crust pizza which was a mistake. Too much like a thick cracker for my taste. Stick to deep dish which I had at their River North location and was quite good. On the positive side, the Caesar salad was really good. Our experience was definitely negatively affected by some... I had my first deep dish at Gino's and loved the ambiance and outdoor patio. Local beer selection, and friendly staff.

Right off Michigan ave this was a good stop for deep dish. Easier to get than other famous deep pizza places. Our cab driver took us here accidentally but after walking around the block three times we settled. Or maybe it wasn't an accident. They have a lot of beer on tap and prices were reasonable.

Ive been to a few Ginos locations and have always had a good meal until this location. I went here with my family and left irritated and disappointed. Strike 1. "Bud" is far from an appropriate term to call a patron old enough to be your father. Save that for the twenty somethings that are there. A simple yes or... More

We tried the North Lincoln avenue location, because it was a great evening in Chicago and we haven't had deep dish pizza for a year. There is always the argument about which of the various restaurants makes the best deep dish pizza, so it was Gino's East turn. The pizza was excellent. We ordered a small one with pepperoni and... Went here with friends after cubs game and the place had plenty of room, was far enough away from Wrigley to get away from the game crowd at least to some extent it seems. Sat outside in large open area with good people-watching potential - service was friendly and professional, if nothing extraordinary on our visit. The famous pizza stacks... More

Everyone has probably heard of Chicago style pizza. Nothing comes close to the actual thing. Gino's hands down has the best pizza that I have ever had. The deep dish pizza is for anyone who truly enjoys great pizza. We ordered the large with sausage that covered the entire pizza. The crust is delicious and honestly it was hard to... More

We were a group of friends that were taken here by a local friend to devour some Chicago deep dish pizza. Compared to other pizza joints, our wait was 10 minutes considering it was Valentine's day. They have a good variety of deep dish choices, however we improved on our Margherita pizza by adding bacon. Yes bacon! The pizzas are... More
