Q-BRANCH - APPETIZERS
Every agent should begin their mission with a visit to Q
Fried C4 Cheese Curds
Mini plastic explosives cleverly disguised as Wisconsin white cheddar cheese curds. Award-winning, Hand-breaded and Dipped to Order, they have anything but an inert flavor. Served with our top secret dipping sauces
R-Q1 Rings
These towering beer battered onion rings will target anyone's appetite. Served with Sriracha ketchup and our Signature Sauce
Deep Cover Pickles
Explosive mini green dill pickle chips lightly breaded and served with a chipotle ranch dipping sauce
Stasi Twists
The Germans have nothing on these delicious twists. Freshly baked soft pretzels served with coarse salt, Whole Grain Mustard, and House-made Cheese Sauce for Dipping
Spinach & Artichoke Diplomacy
This house made dip is served with homemade tortilla chips. Simply delectable!
Nachos Camp Stanley
Vegetarian – Code Nomeat. Fresh tortilla chips loaded with a trio of cheeses, then topped with pico de gallo, avocado crema, cilantro and pickled jalapenos.
Bird Watchers
England has nothing on these all-American wings. Choose between classic buffalo style served with blue cheese, BBQ served with ranch, or Korean glaze topped with sesame seeds and cilantro and served with sweet Thai chili sauce
Clandestine Chili
It involves seasoned ground beef, three beans, and chives. The rest of the recipe is stashed in a high-security, offshore vault.
Operation Market Garden
A recipe smuggled among British operatives in the attempted siege of German bridges in WWII. AKA: All hail Caesar
THE FARM - SALADS
Any of our salads can be prepared vegetarian – Code Nomeat. Fresh greens with tasty and delicious toppings
Wai Lin's Ahi Salad
Seared pepper crusted ahi tuna with romaine, napa cabbage, toasted ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, snap peas, green onions, and toasted almonds, all tossed in a house made Asian dressing.
Covert Chopped Salad
This freshly made salad is comprised of chopped romaine, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, maple pepper smoked bacon, and blue cheese crumbles. Served with a house made white balsamic dressing. Your choice of Blackened Chicken or Korean BBQ Salmon
The Colombian
Shredded lettuce, black bean & corn salsa, cheddar jack blend, pico de gallo and avocado crema, topped with seasoned tortilla strips and tossed in chipotle ranch dressing. Your choice of chicken or black beans.

SEALS & FLAPS - SANDWICHES

Cuban Missile Crisis
This confrontation in the Caribbean includes house-smoked pork, shaved honey ham, honey mustard aioli and pickles, served on a ciabatta roll.
Mr. Stamper BLT
Villainy is better with bacon. This henchman's favorite comes with house roasted turkey on toasted whole-grain bread with pepper-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato and honey mustard aioli.
Goldfinger Grilled Cheese
A golden mixture of America, parmesan, and pepper jack cheeses as well as our house-made fried cheese curds. Served on a thick cut toast which is Fried to a Golden Brown and served with a side of marinara
Bay of Pigs
Mounds of house roasted pull pork smothered in BBQ sauce and served with pickles on a buttery brioche bun. JFK would have been proud.
BLACK OPS - BURGERS
Beef, chicken or vegan black bean patty options available.
Double Spy Burger w/ Cheese*
A classic option for the classy operative. Hand-pattied, smashed on a flat top, seasoned to perfection and served on a freshly baked brioche bun.
Double Agent*
This conduit of disinformation comes with two all-beef patties, American cheese, sautéed red onions, and our top secret burger sauce, all served on marble rye
MOAB* Chicago's #1 Burger
This is truly the Mother Of All Burgers. Our USDA Handpattied beef topped with American cheese, bacon, and an over easy egg, topped with our secret sauce on a brioche bun. Definitely sure to cause a massive ordinance air blast
Mission Impossible*
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is two mouthwatering premium USDA Angus patties with smoked bacon, cheddar, and pepper jack cheeses, onion rings, and chipotle ranch. Complete with a "self-destruct" jalapeño relish. We will never confirm or deny an agent accepting this mission
Smersh Burger
Vegan black bean patty with red peppers, sauteed mushrooms, lettuce, tomato and a creamy herb dressing on the side. Brought to you from Russia with love.
The Provocateur*
Hand-pattied USDA Angus beef topped with a spreadable brie and bacon jam. Sure to incite you and your fellow agents.
The Day Smart Turned Chicken
KAOS has nothing on this classic: fresh chicken, cheese and lettuce on a freshly baked brioche bun.
Texas Turmoil
Houston, we have a patty. 100% beef topped with bacon, cheddar and BBQ sauce.
United Nations Burger
This operative features your choice of protein and is topped with Wisconsin Swiss cheese, sauteed onions and mushrooms.
COUNTER INTELLIGENCE - ENTRÉES
Expertly crafted in our scratch kitchen. These entrees are in the business of thwarting the efforts of foreign intelligence agencies
Licensed to Kill Mac + Cheese
Vegetarian Style — Code Nomeat. A traditional dish gone rogue. Macaroni pasta tossed in creamy cheese sauce with chicken, pepper bacon, broccoli, chipotle peppers and loaded with garlic bread crumbs.
Blowback BBQ Ribs
There are no unintended consequences with this full rack of slow-cooked pork ribs served with fries. A fork & knife are provided but we would never shame an agent for using their hands.
Furtive Fish Fry
Hand-breaded cod accompanied by TOP GUN tartar sauce. Word on the street is that this Friday tradition is available every day of the week.
The Station Chief's Salmon
Our ocean intel led to the creation of Atlantic salmon with Pacific flavors. Farm-raised, pan seared salmon with Korean BBQ glaze and served over mashed Yukon Gold potatoes.
Mata Hari's Meatloaf
House made meatloaf smothered in a portobello mushroom gravy, topped with onion straws and served over mashed potatoes. A favorite recipe of the famous Dutch spy and one we have sworn to keep secret. Also a featured item on the Travel Channel!

Basket of Fries
Side of Fresh Fruit
Albert Broccoli's Broccoli

Going to Safehouse is like going to a dinner performance theatre. Don't want to say too much as that would ruin the surprise. It's so secret, even the FBI doesn't know about it. The food and service are great too!

Came here based on the google description expecting a speakeasy-esque restaurant that was 'espionage' themed. It read: "Glowing nightclub & restaurant with spy-themed environs, many bars, upscale bar fare & dancing." It felt like we had entered a Chucky Cheese. Kids and families everywhere. We...More

The spy theme is fun but not for very long, the wait was 45 minutes for a table and the place was empty. Reservations were not available online. Very confusing.

Agent: I am sorry that we failed your mission. I would love to hear more about the inability to make reservations. We are available on Open Table, so I am wondering if there was a glitch in the system. I can be reached at peggysmith@marcushotels.com

Such a unique, cool dining experience. My kids, ranging in ages from 8-15 all loved it. They loved that it was acceptable to get out of your seat and wander around. Ha. It entertained the adults, too. The food was great.

VERY!!! atmosphere is very G rated, and the food will appeal to almost any teenager or young person. That said, some restaurants are not appropriate for strollers and infants.
