My husband and I were in Chicago catching a flight out the following day to Ireland for St. Patrick's Day and the selection game was playing so my husband wanted to go and watch since we had read this was a UK bar! We had...a great time chatting with UK alum ( we did not go to UK just follow the team) and watching the game with a great crowd. Would definitely go there to watch games if I loved in Chicago (we live in Cincinnati)!More

We went there after the game. Would have thought we were in Lexington, Ky instead of Chicago. The grilled cheese sandwich for the whole table is great!!

Ok, to be fair I am a huge Kentucky Wildcat fan and this is a great sports bar regardless of your favorite team. But for me, being a long way from Kentucky and finding a sports bar with Kentucky National Championship banners hanging on the...wall. You have to try the Clydesdale, it's a monstrous grilled cheese that will get you and your friends started. You need to try a John Wall shot, it's a slam dunk that never misses!More

Was in Chicago for a bachelor party over the weekend. We heard that the Pony was great place to watch a game. Little did we know that everyone would be dressed in Ky blue with wildcats it was awsome. 5-6 free beer and pizza if...you had on UK. We called ahead and reserved a table for 14. The place was packed but great place to watch a game and have drinks. This is a locals hang out as well for the Black Hawks.More

They were having a half-price appetizer special the day we visited, which was the best bargain in the city. My daughter got their macaroni and cheese, which had some great flavors and I tired the chicken chili -- a bit spicier than what I'm used...to, but still good.More

Pretty typical Chicago bar. Great music. Good service. Tons of people. This is definitely a bar for the younger scene though (20s, 30s). They don't serve Mojitos - which is always a downfall in my opinion. Their food is pretty good though.

Love that there's a UK bar in Chicago. Good beer for reasonable price while watching the UK game. Great place to be with friends from Kentucky.

Great atmosphere, great food & it's Chicago's official University of Kentucky alumni bar!! Try the waffle nachos & the 16" grilled cheese!

We stopped in just doing a little barhopping in the area. We were enticed by the soft glow that the place was emitting. The bartenders were just as inviting. It was pretty busy and I think that's the fastest service I've ever gotten when I...walked up to a busy bar. They seemed really on top of things and extremely nice, from who took our order, to who refreshed our drinks, to who got our check ready for us. I highly recommend it.More
