We stopped here for breakfast and a place to get some work done recently, so grabbed a corner and settled in with our computers. The line for coffee was long here, clearly a popular spot. Not being a big coffee person, I opted for a...More

I read good reviews about this place hence I decided to have breakfast on one of those early jetlagged mornings. First up, their pastries are pretty mediocre and they didn't feel like freshly made. I had a cappuccino and it was nice but nothing too...More

Great coffee; carefully prepared. Ample seating where you can enjoy yourself. Good baked goods but they go fast!

This is the place for nice coffee in Chicago, the preparation is thoughtful and the people are lovely! The cafe is not huge seating is a bit limited, and you may have to queue.

Overpriced and very low quality coffee & matcha products. Starbucks is a better deal. Tiny servings but high prices. The only positive experience from the visit was their dedication to refusing the straw and saving the turtles

Excellent espresso, great espresso drinks, tasty pastries. The line was long and the prices were kind of high but not out of line for the quality of the drinks.

Nice to get great coffee where it is generally so poor in the US . Nice venue with a good vibe and a good feel.

Intelligentsia is simply excellent. The coffee is delicious and the atmosphere is perfect...until a guy doing work sits down next to you at the bar and takes a business call. But, such is life, and the coffee is still delicious!

In the mid-morning hour, it was quite busy, not too clean, sort of hectic, with a wait at the counter. The cafe is located near a very busy intersection of Randolph and State. I had an impression that this cafe is popular with the local...More
