Busy but awesome coffee. Space is small but cozy much more comfortable to be in than the one in Venice

Restrooms could be cleaner but since you come for the coffee, which is great, we rated it 5. There's a variety and you get enough coffee to sit here for 2-3 hours. Pastries are nice as well.

This coffee is out of this world, it's expensive but totally worth it! The bread is also great, ask for the almond croissant! The Colombian special brew is amazing!

Get house coffee (pour overs) or cappuccino. They roast the beans locally and its great. Of course, if you had lots of sugar and flavoring, I don't know how this will compare since I don't drinks those. Intelligentsia is a local brand with few coffee shops in Chicago and their coffee is served throughout Chicagoan restaurants and beans available in... More

Been here twice now. Best espresso around downtown. Plus they do flat whites. And the cookies and brownies are delicious

Forget Starbucks (please). Intelligentsia is the place to go for a properly prepared cup of coffee. Yes, the folks who work here look like typical hipster baristas, but they know their stuff. You may pay a little more here, but you'll be getting one of the best cups of coffee in the city.

I'm from Melbourne, Australia and take my coffee very seriously! Intelligentsia Coffee was recommended by my Airbnb Host after I advised her that I would be seeking good coffee but had doubts I would find any. Well, I was not disappointed, rich, delicious coffee. I was there many times a day and would, quite willingly, walk a long way out... More

We really enjoyed our quick stop in this coffee shop. It was extremely crowded so we had to get our coffee for take away, but it was certainly worth the trip over! I had a mocha that was just amazing. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place to get coffee to go!

Friends, if one needs to 'chill','relax' or whatever- this establishment is NOT the place to go! The music (musak) was far too loud and frantic- The chairs (that we used) were uncomfortable and backless- Everything - music, staff and furniture- was designed to push customers out the door at record speed. Don't linger because one will feel MORE stressed than... More

We are always looking for espresso coffee in the USA and so this was just around the corner so we were very happy. It is not the more usual Italian brand coffee taste but it was very good. Also lots of choices with fancy teas and other fancy coffees. Yes it is good.

Thank Joanne P
