Wanted to get our Italian Pizza on so we thought we would check out Spacca. Really good pizzas here with some really good wines on the list. Some of the best Pizzas I had during my time in Chicago.

No Chicago deep-dish pizza here, only pure Italian style! At Spaccanapoli you'll find traditional pizzas as well as very particular daily-specials with local and high-quality Italian ingredients only. We also enjoyed several appetisers (prosciutto e bufala and insalata di mare) and the desserts (you will love Tiramisù!). Downsides: it is in the north of Chicago (very far from the center),... You know it's a fabulous pizza place when you look are waiting for a table and 2 Italian men are building a new pizza oven in the next room. I went there for lunch with family who live in the neighborhood. Great sauce, simple crushed tomatoes, not over done and incredibly fresh. I had the funghi pizza. It evoked memories... More

A wide variety of pizzas that are unique. Very fresh ingredients and some of the best pizza sausage I've ever eaten. The crust is just the right thickness and very tasty.

My wife and I grabbed lunch here and the pizza was awesome! We had one with sausage and mushrooms. The Margherita looked good too. We couldn't believe how fast we got our meal. We started with a caprese salad and it was also very good. Would return!

Our son lives in this neighborhood and took us to Spacca Napoli the last night of our visit. This is a lively neighborhood place and we loved it. We have been to Naples and this is very authentic and delicious pizza! Our server, Leo, was very helpful and did a great job. We ordered mushroom pizzas....just the right amount of... More

The food at Spacca Napoli NEVER disappoints. The pizza is absolutely delicious, and they have lovely, unique, salads and authentic Italian appetizers. This is the closest you'll get to real, handmade Italian pizza without taking an international flight!

Felt lucky that an Italian pizza guru was in the kitchen the night we visited. The place was packed & we were even told it would take awhile to get our food. Ordered one of the speciality pizza being offered by the visiting chef; very good.

Long wait, but worth it. Great staff. Prices are OK, excellent lemoncello. Authentic. Desk staff could be a little more patient with customers. But all in all well worth it.

Thank Ed B
