Our son lives in this neighborhood and took us to Spacca Napoli the last night of our visit. This is a lively neighborhood place and we loved it. We have been to Naples and this is very authentic and delicious pizza! Our server, Leo, was very helpful and did a great job. We ordered mushroom pizzas....just the right amount of... More

The food at Spacca Napoli NEVER disappoints. The pizza is absolutely delicious, and they have lovely, unique, salads and authentic Italian appetizers. This is the closest you'll get to real, handmade Italian pizza without taking an international flight!

Great a spot. Great service. Amazing pizzas made with quality ingredients and creative. One of the best pizzas I have had in Chicago. Expresso is also really Italian.

Felt lucky that an Italian pizza guru was in the kitchen the night we visited. The place was packed & we were even told it would take awhile to get our food. Ordered one of the speciality pizza being offered by the visiting chef; very good.

Long wait, but worth it. Great staff. Prices are OK, excellent lemoncello. Authentic. Desk staff could be a little more patient with customers. But all in all well worth it.

The food was great but a bit over-priced. We'd been looking forward to coming here for quite some time and finally had the chance. The pizzas look amazing, but we went with lots of non-pizza options instead -- grilled octopus, caprese salad, meatballs, fried zucchini flowers, which were all good but for the portion size, were overpriced.

Jonathan has brought Naples to Chicago with his restaurant. Everything about it is authentic - from the triple zero flour for the crust, to the imported tomatoes and mozzarella. The space is bright and the service is great. Reasonably priced wines, Italian beer and sodas and classic desserts round out the experience. When you're tired of the pseudo-Italian joints out... Recommended by a friend from Wisconsin and it did not disappoint. Quaint little pizzeria that had excellent food. Staff fantastic and great recommendations. We had multiple appetizers and 3 types of pizza! Not one that we didn't like. Great place. Not your typical pizza. This is wood grilled and just like Italy!

This restaurant was recommended by Tenuta di Sanfrancesco a winery in Amalfi. We loved it! The grilled Octopus starter was the best we have had in Chicago! The pizza's were delicious- we felt like we traveled back to Naples. Our server was also very good. We will definitely be returning frequently.

I came here for dinner with 3 friends and was surprised that our bill reached over$40 per person for pizza and drinks. The food was good, but I thought it was steep for pizza. Also they were out of their 3 cheapest red wines, so that drove up the cost. You might be better off at lunch time.
