i had no idea there were this many kinds of tequila. The food was delicious, classic Mexican. Not "nouveau" or pretentious. Just delicious. I had Chiles Rellenos--my yardstick for all Mexican restaurants. These were excellent. We will definitely come here when back in town.

This restaurant was picked, by me, for a group of 7 because the online menu states they had vegan options. Our server, Amy, was very knowledgeable about what meals I could have or what I could switch out. We had two gluten free diners as well (it's always fun trying to find a place to accommodate us together...) and she... More

Standard Mexican dishes but done well. Their guacamole is extremely good. Everything else is good but nothing different than El Toro or most other Mexican restaurants in the area.

We enjoy the flavorful food with much more personality than the average Tex-Mex. Margaritas are good. Restaurant is casual with good service. We are long time regulars.

Simply put, Fiesta café has the best margaritas in town. Very fresh; never mixed in a pitcher. Many different tequilas. We had organic Dolce Vita margaritas tonight – fabulous! Also try the Alex tacos, their specialty – Pork tacos, situated on a corn tortilla with cilantro and guacamole spread. Awesome! Salsa also very fresh. Their service was spot-on tonight, as... More

Nice place to go for lunch, dinner or drinks and chips. I've only had bad service once here. after waiting over half an hour for lunch one day we had to leave and hit fast food on the way back to work. All other times the food has been very fast. Watch the plates, they can be extremely hot.

We ate here last night with friends, atmosphere was nice with the outdoor seating. Service was prompt. Fish tacos were bland. Definitely need some type of seasoning. I loaded it up with the spicer salsa and it didn't help much.

I have been dining here for about 10 years, and I will keep coming back. Great prices, for portion size. I really like Alex's pork tacos. It taste like everything is homemade. All of the servers are nice a friendly. I feel at home here, I always bring my friends and I hope they bring their friends and so on.... More

The cockroach crawled out of my daughter's rolled, untouched silverware before other members of our group were there. I made the waiter "dispose" of it--he made no mention of it, like a "sorry" for example. The mouse ran out the door, from the interior of the restaurant, as we were leaving. The hair--not hers--appeared in the same daughter's food. If I... More

I'm always looking for an authentic Mexican restaurant in Champaign. I did really enjoy the Alex tacos that I had which is their main special. Some of the other things on the menu are more catering to a less authentic seeking clientele, but for me I like cebollitas & cilantro. The chile rellano didn't do it for me. I Wish... More
