Sam's is my favorite breakfast place. He has the best pancakes you ever put in your mouth. The service is great and Sam always has a smile and a warm greeting.

The French Toast at Sam's is very unique and a very special treat. A must try when visiting Sam's. An inexpensive treasure located in downtown Champaign.
