Family and friends like to go there because of the variety of choices available especially the 1/2 pound bacon cheeseburger, the reuben platter, and the great pancakes with blackberry sauce!

The waiter wasn't that busy but took forever to get us ANYTHING we needed. I asked him for a refill on water and he ended up walking past our table twice before refilling water. Our food was cold and at other cracker barrels, you get a good helping of hash browns, none of us got very much. They brought out... More

Food was great as always, but wait staff kept forgetting requests. Eventually, we gave up asking. Also super loud. I really enjoy shopping while waiting for food.

We have always stopped at Cracker Barrels for breakfast when traveling. My husband said this morning, "If they mess up our order this morning, it will be our last meal at a Cracker Barrell." since the last 10+ times we've had issues. The most common problem, I order seared sourdough toast with my egg. I ALWAYS specify that I need... More

The food was good the waitress was so busy she had a hard time taking care of all her tables adequately. It was too bad my Son in law has never been to one and our other choice was to eat for free at hotel and that was bad

We were passing through Caseyville, IL and we were craving some cracker barrel. We got an awesome waitress, Donicia (spelling?) and she absolutely made our morning!! She greeted us, held short but meaningful conversations with us, and constantly kept our drinks filled! We obviously tipped her more than our meal was worth because she brought such a positive energy, and... More

This is the worst Cracker Barrel I have ever eaten at. It took an hour to get our breakfast and didn't receive half of the food. The eggs my husband ordered were cold and the ham was like a salted piece of leather. The manager didn't even care when my husband told him. Avoid this place!

Have been a regular carry out customer for over 5 years but will never return. Usually the food was delivered to par standards but over the past 6 months the order would be inaccurate, the front desk cashiers pushy on impulse sale items, and now (twice in 2 weeks) they take the order on the phone and show up to... We were seated at a table that was sticky, The sugar container had water. What we ordered and what we were served. When our food did arrive it was somewhat warm. The best part of the meal was the coffee. It was very good.

Always good food but with no wait this round. Service was solid and my ham and dumplings hit the spot! We did a little shopping in the country store where we found some great gifts.
