Went her for a birthday lunch and was disappointed in the size of the portions. The salad was average and chicken about the same - nothing special. Quality was so-so. I won't be back.

My wife and I have eaten at Galati's numerous times both at their present site and at their former site near the train station. If you don't know where you're going, Galati's can be hard to find. While its signage is good, it is located...well back from Route 14. They serve good Italian fare--chicken parm is my favorite. I have always been impressed by their soups. This evening my wife and I had corn chowder. The portion was large and delicious. All portions at Galati's are large. You always take food home. They also have a nice bar with large television screens. The bar and dining room are separated. I appreciate that. Look for Galati's--it is worth finding.More

We had a celebration of life party in one of their private upstairs rooms. Galati’s management and staff were great to work with, the room worked perfectly for our group and the food was very good. We were able to use their TVs for a...slide show and their speaker system for our own music. There was a private bar in the room with a bartender for our group. I would definitely recommend Galatis for a private party. They do an excellent job!More

My wife and I stopped here for dinner while in this area. We both ordered their chicken parmesan which was pretty good. Our server was prompt and efficient and the restaurant was clean. Would stop here again when in this area.

Historically the food has been above average at best. However, I would say that the quality of the food has now significantly declined! The pasta was pasty, over cooked, and it lacked flavor! Not sure what’s going on, but they are in need of an...overhaul!More

stopped here for a drink and appetizer in the bar. Second time we had the server Allison. she is friendly and welcoming. The lemon drop martinis are the best! Have eaten in the restaurant a few times and always plenty of food.

Oh my- what a great place not only to have a party, but to come and eat. Great food and great drinks.

My wife has had baked mostcolli all over for years, and this is the best. Their soups are excellent, like someones Grandma made it. Big menu. Many delicious items. 1/2 is a nice quiet tItalian restaurant, the other 1/2 a real nice lively sports bar.

We took our daughter there to celebrate a milestone and hoped that the restaurant would work for her vegan appetite! ...It certainly did while I enjoyed the Lasagna and my wife enjoyed the pasta. The service was superb, the food hot and as always absolutely...delicious!More

Friday night—as an alternative to the usual fish fry, we did Italian! Galati’s has generous portions, and thankfully a separate bar area from the dining room. (No TVs in the dining area thankfully) Everything is on the menu—pizzas, all sorts of pastas, and of course...sandwiches ranging from the Galati burger to a chicken parmigana sandwich. Several appetizers and dessert on the menu as well. Bread is brought to the table and Parmesan cheese and oil are on the table. Every entree comes with a choice of soup (tonight was clam chowder or chicken noodle) or salad and the salad is large. Our favorites were the baked mostacoli and linguini with clams (not in shells). There is an outdoor dining area, off street parking lot, and private function rooms upstairs (there was a reception going on). Popular with locals!More

Great comfort food great prices good for couples or young family, I prefer the sports bar to dining room. The Italian selection good and always great.

Always have good food here. The staff is friendly and very attentive. God for a quiet meal or eat in the large bar area and watch sports on the large screens throughout.
