This is OK the 1st time, but there is a lot clowning in the show. I would rather have something more authentic

Best food in carbondale but step up service side a bit. Food always tastes great but glasses usually served w hardly any ice and slow on refills. Otherwise it would be number 1 by far.

We had such a great time being entertained while watching our food being prepared on the hibachi! Wonderful atmosphere, bathrooms are clean. I'll say it again. The bathrooms are clean! And wonderful food. I've been in Carbondale for 5 years and this was my first visit. I will definitely go again

The show is good. The atmosphere is upbeat while still allowing you to relax and enjoy. I always leave with a take out box of leftovers. Not bad getting 2 meals for the price.

We had lunch at the sushi bar. Service was fast and friendly. We had sushi rolls and appetizers. All were very good. The wasabi was a little disappointing. It seemed several days old and not very hot. Otherwise, this is a great place. Now in a new location on Giant City Road.

We ate several times at the old Fujiama's, it was one of our local favorites. They moved up the road into a beautiful new building. The waterfall behind the front desk just amazing. We were a group of 10, and they seated us immediately. We are biased because my children love the concept of someone cooking front of you. The... More

We love taking the kids for their birthday's. Can't go to the hibachi very often. It is very expensive. I like to go for lunch. We order off the regular menu. It's not near as expensive. The food off of the regular menu is better than the hibachi. The hibachi is more about the show rather than the food.

We were lucky enough to visit this restaurant in mid-afternoon, after the lunch rush and before the dinner crunch. The restaurant had just relocated to its new building, where the decor is modern, sleek, yet beautifully Japanese. We opted for the dining room (as opposed to the hibachi) and enjoyed appetizers, sushi, and fried rice. The dishes were beautifully prepared... More

I can only think that those who love this place have never had outstanding sushi before. It is good, but only average and not worth the price. Too much rice partnered with great sauces is not what sushi is all about. Everything is served in plastic dishes made to look like pottery, the sushi rolls are small, the ingredients few... More

Came for their grand opening for their new place which is about a half-mile south of their old place. The new place is much bigger and More intricately Beautiful. The hibachi is so much fun when you have a large group
