Six patrons. Food was cold overcooked and served piecemeal. Awful service and experience We have been to this restaurant many times before and never had such an unpleasant dining experience. It will be a very long time before any of the six of us return

From the very start, this was an enjoyable lunch. Server brought us freshly baked bread with butter took our drink order and promptly returned with them, took our lunch order and within 5 minutes we were brought our salads. After finishing the salad we were...brought our entree,. My friend had a 10 oz Ribeye with broccoli and sweet potato mash I has London Broil also with steamed broccoli and sweet potato mash it was delicious. The London broil was a perfect medium rare the sweet potato mash was great and the broccoli. Full of flavor. A wonderful place for a relaxing lunch! I'm sure we will returnMore

Good service, good food, good prices and we like the big booths. Atmosphere is very cozy. We also like you can get soup and salad, that’s very rare that other restaurants don’t offer.

Last evening my family went to Jamisons to celebrate our sisters 75th birthday. Only one in our party had been there before. She liked it and I got good reviews from friends. We ordered ribeyes, the filet special, shrimp and sirloin and prime rib. Liked...the Calamari appetizer. Bread, soup and salads. My sister had the baked french onion soup. Everything was good until the meats. The meat for all us was cool. The birthday girl didn't get her meal for 10 min after ours. We felt awkward starting but the meat was getting colder. She told us to start. Finally the server told us there was a mix up with the birthday girl's filet, another server took it. So then we told her about ours being cold. She informed the mgr. Who offered to get us new. We agreed. Sister now has her filet but she feels awkward because she's eating and were not. Finally ours comes. It was just ok. Rib eyes were thin and soft from over tenderizing. BIL thought his second prime rib was a better piece. Birthday girl's filet was ruined by gravy. Baked potatoes were very good. We thought we should have been compensated for the mix up and the diminished party atmosphere due to the awkwardness. We will go back but not for rib eyes or that filet. ,More

This place serves consistently excellent meals for reasonable prices. There are no bad items on the menu. The decor is cozy and always clean. The outside is clean and attractive. There is lots of parking and it's easy to find from the passing roads.

Great location and awesome atmosphere. Very busy for mother’s day and the menu is limited however the food is delicious and good size portions. I recommend the mashed sweet potatoes to die for!

OK, so first the good. The meal comes with soup, salad, potato and a vegetable. Tough to beat nowadays. The soup of the day was quite good. Salad was also quite good. My wife and I ordered the 6oz filet, which was OK but certainly...not "charhouse" great. Our guests ordered the 12 oz strip steak and the pasta. Both were good. We dined on a Saturday evening, so the place was quite busy and a bit loud. Service was 15% OK, but not 20 - 25% excellent. So, in conclusion, I would rate this as a nicer, fairly higher priced "family" restaurant. Not one that you would come for a special occasion.More

Hi Susan, The desert should be at the end of the regular menu. As far as gluten free options, you would have to call the restaurant to find out. Sorry I could not be better assistance. Thank you, Len
