First time after reopen great. Second time awful. Had simple order. Two eggs over easy, crispy bacon and pancakes no powdered sugar. Brings me 2 eggs, bacon and toast. I say. Oh remember I wanted pancakes no powder sugar instead of the toast. She looks at me like I'm a liar. Grabs up my plate and my guests plate and with full... More

The staff at this restaurant seems to go out of the way to offer enthusiastic service. They are all busy, but make you feel good about being there. From the greeters at the door, getting seated, and the wait staff, the friendly service is apparent. The menu here offers everything conceivable for breakfast and lunch. The portions are large and... Met friends at this place today and I ordered a salad and the lettuce was half white with rust. Not many healthy pieces of green lettuce and they don't include the poppyseed muffin any longer like the Portillo family used to do. A friend ordered a sandwich and asked for fruit instead of the other sides which were included and... More

Good, will come here again.. Prices were good. Clean place. Local place was good food. Clean and service was ok. Server was a little snippy in beginning, almost had to remind her..but she apparently calmed down cause attitude was different when she returned to table.

Wow, I have yet to get a breakfast that is hot food. Hash brown's almost cold or lukewarm. That place is at the bottom of my list for breakfast. Use to enjoy this location for breakfast when Portillo's owned. Sucks Now!!

This place is good... And very family friendly. I'm glad they have reopened! I went here with a member that had severe allergies and they accommodated us.

We have been going here since it opened. Before it closed (new management?), food was fresh and delicious. Worth waiting 45+ minutes to get a table. Since it reopened we have been a few times and have been disappointed with food quality (raw hash browns, cold eggs, etc). Not enough staff, have to track down waiter, dirty dishes aren't cleared... I have rated Honey Jam poorly in the past. It was much better when it was owned by Portillo's. Today's visit did nothing to change my opinion. The food is at best average. The price is way too high for the quality. I had 2 pieces of French toast, eggs, and bacon. This is the way the dish comes, I... More
