A smallish café with seating for less than 50 in table, booth, bar seating format. They offer tRaditional American breakfast options with generous portions and reasonable pricing. Lunch options are available at breakfast as well. The homemade biscuits and variety of jellies and jam were fantastically delicious. Friendly service. We will come again when we are in the area.

This Café is great. You get very good food that is really reasonable, and a lot of it. This café has been around for many, many, years. You will not be disappointed.

We were traveling through Twin Falls and stopped here based on other Trip Advisor reviews. We were not disappointed rather we are joining in to sing the praises of this little hole in the wall cafe. The food is outstanding, portions huge and service friendly. If we should find our way back to Twin Falls there is no doubt that... More

Breakfast was awesome! We had 2 of their specialties- the sawtooth omelette and buffalo chip. Loved that they had bran muffins and homemade jam- grandma has some competition now! Served real cream with our coffee, yum. Very clean. Amazing service, the best actually. Great little ma and pa place!

The food was delicious and they give large portions. Most people were walking out with doggie bags. We split an omelette and it was enough for 2. Great food, great prices!! It's a must visit if your in the area.

Buffalo Cafe is the best little, hole in the wall for breakfast in Twin Falls! My favorite is the Buffalo Chips! A half order is plenty. The service is outstanding!

The food is good here but you might end up waiting for a table as this restaurant is very small. Don't go in with a big group...someone will have to stand.

Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. If go on a Sunday after Church you may have a little wait. But the food is worth your time. 👍
