On this occasion it was an excellent place for a short break. Their music was turned down more than usual, so the opportunity for relaxation was present. A nice coffee and a quantum of solace from the drive.

Stopped in briefly on our way through to QLD. Staff were lovely and even though the kitchen was already closed, they had a great selection of salad and cold meat sandwiches, wraps and fruit salad. My partner and I both enjoyed our food thoroughly. Even though the ladies room was out of order, the men's had just been freshly cleaned... More

Rosie's Roadhouse at Tyndall Tourist Park is a good place for a quick stop on the drive from Brisbane to Sydney. Small mini shop with snacks and breakfast and lunch available also. Seating available inside and also outside garden seating..Clean toilets, always a plus. Petrol was expensive though. Happy to recommend for a quick stop.

Food came quickly & chicken was tasty (like a less fatty KFC type thing). Clean toilets, nice staff, straight off the highway.

Old lady on duty who is new and slow in her job. Lacking life and competence. Luke warm coffee was less than inspiring.

Tyndale is just north of Grafton on the NSW north coast. If for some reason you have driven past the various roadhouses there and the bright lights of Ulmarra don't tempt you then this place is worth a try for a quick bite to eat. First hurdle is that there is plenty of parking and

Good stop when you are running late and need an overnighter on the highway. Clean amenities, lots of parrots in the trees. Too tired to cook you can get good burgers at the roadhouse. Friendly staff. Would stay here again at a pinch.

This might look like your garden variety servo and roadhouse in the middle of nowhere but don't be fooled. If you want to savour the best waffles and ice cream anywhere on the coast then this is the place. Plenty of choice of toppings and lashings of cream and ice cream you won't be disappointed. Add friendly helpful staff and... More

Gave a $50 note as payment, then the guy went up to the other end of the counter at the other register, then came back a minute later. Only gave me $10 change. I politely corrected him, then he became irate and asserted that I must have only given him a $20 note. When I insisted that he owed me... More

Have stopped in a few times for some food or a coffee in the middle of a long trip. Always very satisfied. Might not look like much from the outside but it is a quality diner with a good range of food and drink on offer. Also a relatively peaceful place to eat.
