Awesome burritos and very reasonable prices. Fully stuffed burrito with your choice of meat and a big bag of home made chip's and salsa for about 7 dollar's. Very fast service.

I love Mexican food. The outside and inside of this restaurant needs a lot of updating, but the chips/green salsa and food was delicious! I ordered ala carte - 1 cheese enchilada, beans and rice and I have never, ever had such inexpensive food. The enchilada was $2 and each side was $1, so the total for my meal was... More

El Herradero is fantastic. The food is just spicy enough and so tasty. The chips are always fresh and most of the time they have fresh tomatilla sauce that rocks. This is one of our most favorite places to eat. I wish they were open on Sunday but I respect their need for a day off. I totally recommend it... More

After our usual TripAdvisor search in a new town we settled on El Herradero. Chips came with bean and green sauces. The bean not great and the green too hot for us. We asked if they had red salsa. They said yes but it never appeared. I ordered a Chile relleno for an appetizer. The pepper and filling excellent. The... More

Fish is delicate. Over seasonings, especially with salt, serves no purpose. Likely the worst meal I hate had in quite some time.

The food can be a bit of a hit or miss deal, but they do serve the best Mexican food in town. The service is great, and you can't miss with the Fajita's. I especially like the Carne Asada and shrimp combo. The Tostadas are fabulous and the Tamal? Out of this world and made fresh. The Only reason I... More

I think if I had gone a little earlier the food would have been fresher. I ordered the Carne Asada plate and was highly disappointed. The beef was dried out, so I managed to get down one taco before calling it quits. The rice was served cold, but the beans, which were flavorful were nice and warm. I liked the... More
