A hidden gem is right. It is a lovely restaurant. The menu was how we made our decision to dine here. We shared the halibut with crab, served with risotto and vegetables. Salad and wine, too. Our server, Gabriel, was professional, attentive and efficient. He...told us the history of the restaurant. It was a relaxing, lovely meal.More

Passing through, did not want anymore fast food. What a find! The food was very tasty, lasagna and tri tip blue cheese fettuccine both were exceptional. Relied upon couples recommendation seated near us. Our server was very friendly, absolutely great service. Would love to have...Tuscano as my neighborhood go to! Unfortunately Windsor, CO is a bit too far. The menu was had several dishes that were all tempting, the tuscano salad was very good, I recommend! The price of a beer is good no gouging here.More

Super friendly server, delicious fresh food, big menu and I love the wine suggestions. Even though it is attached to a convenience store it is nice ambiance and feels a world apart.

It seems really strange to enter a restaurant through a chevron gas station. BUT it was a really good dinner. Service was very friendly and efficient. I would come back here on my next trip to Pocatello The restaurant is a family owned business which...has been in the address for a long time so that should tell you something.More

Like great Italian food, and this was. Very nice lady that served us and complied with the pandemic rules.

My dining partner had the salmon salad which was moist, tender & excellent. I ordered the pork tenderloin Marsala and was shocked at how poorly done this was. The meat was thin, about 1/2", but was so overcooked and hard, that it was even hard...to cut with a knife! I had to leave about 75% on my plate as it was completely inedible! I have NEVER had to complain about food before, but this was the worst dish I have ever been served! I tried every piece of meat hoping to find a tender enough one to eat but slogged through it. The waitress said I should have said something earlier, but I have never complained about food before, and kept working at it trying to find something I could eat. I was expecting pork tenderloin medallions, which is a very small cut of meat, but these were more like cutlets. I wanted to like this place because of the great reviews it had, but this pork dish was a complete disaster. Other than this experience, the service and atmosphere were very good.More

Outstanding! What a cute spot disguised as a Chevron station. A recommended stop if you are in the area. We were at a nearby hotel (10% discount for guests) and stopped for takeout pizza (Italian Stallion) and salads. Everything was excellent but the salads were...really good - Cobb and Tuscano House. The service was friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to stop again on a future trip thru Pocatello.More

First, let me say this is a fine little restaurant, right across the street from the entrance to the Hampton Inn where we were staying in Pocatello. And the restaurant is not really in a convenience store at a gas station, but the entrance to...it is. The atmosphere is comfortable, the service excellent and the meal we had was quite good; we had spaghetti with meat sauce. It was a good size portion and very tasty. It isn't an expensive place to eat, and we will go there again the next time we are in Pocatello.More

My husband and I had wonderful wine, salad and soup. Our main dishes..the shrimp pasta was ok but strongly overtaken by onion and my pizza was not Italian but rather like a Pizza Hut pizza. I am a pizza snob their pizza had too thick...of a crust, too much "stuff" and way way too much cheese. Sorry but thought you needed to know if you are an Italian restaurant.More

Cafe Tuscanos bistro fare was very good. We all enjoyed our dishes. Definitely will return again. A good value for the price.

They do not have a specific gluten-free menu; however, they do have gluten-free options. I called to ask them.
