Last 3 times messed up our orders.Barely eatable.Boise burrito mostly had potatoes and somehow garlic in it.Even when they first opened the whole place smelled like burnt plastic.Boise burrito used o include wild salmon, spinach, green chilies, potatoes, tomato. I would try to contact their...franchiser, because this particular place does not correspond to what a regular customer would expect from Ketchum Burrito brand on a regular day.More

I loved that you can create your own meal. Reminded me of Chipotle, but better. Food was fresh and the service is great. The atmosphere is fun and the restaurant is clean.

The food was average and quite expensive for Mexican food. Service was good. Restaurant was clean. Will not return

This is one of my Top 5 favorite restaurants in town. The menu is fresh and varied (with offerings for vegetarians and vegans), there are specials all the time, the burritos are big enough to either share with a friend or take home as leftovers,...the salsa/guacamole bar is fantastic, there is beer on tap...if you’re visiting or a local, go!!More

I crave this place! The street tacos are beautifully done and my absolute favorite! The pork in them is so tasty and the toppings are a good match to the flavor. The shrimp tacos are also outstanding! I have yet to be disappointed here. If...you haven’t been here, go!!More

I went by on a Wednesday, and they have a buy one burrito get one free burrito special on Wednesdays, with purchase of a drink. Great deal! I got the Jordan and Ketchum burritos, both “small”, but they were plenty large. Jordan one was interesting,...but I didn’t love it. The Ketchum burrito was exactly how I like burritos. More traditional. They also have a salsa bar and I loved the mango salsa. I’ll definitely keep coming here. The service was a bit slow, though. About a year ago I ate at the one near Ketchum. Good place for lunch.More

We visited KB’s on a Sunday morning. They were not busy and the food was really good! They grilled the flour shell and the ingredients were all cooked to order. All for $6.99. Chipotle is a decent burrito however it’s not cooked for you fresh....The portion size was excellent and the flavors were amazing. We also enjoyed the $2.00 mimosas. They also have a decent selection of beers on tap! That’s pretty cool! I will definitely be back!More

This was the second time I have been to this restaurant since they opened, and it is pretty good. I had one of the burritos while my girlfriend had the street tacos, and they have all been pretty good. Your order the food at the...counter and then they bring it to your table which is nice. We went late at night and there was almost none which is also nice. The burritos are filled with everything and have no sides, think Chipotle instead of Costa Vida, but I like them more than Chipotle. My girlfriend loves the tacos. I personally prefer Costa Vida, but this is another good option priced cheaper than a restaurant.More

My wife, my son, my mom, and I went out for dinner with the decision in wanting to try this new Mexican restaurant in Pocatello. It is located in front of Costco, and in the original location of Costa Vida and right by Kiwi Loco....When we came in there was not very many people there, and we saw their menu. It looked interesting. I ordered the fish burrito that had Mahi Mahi which is one of my favorite types of fish. My wife and my mom both ordered the shrimp quesadilla, and we ordered a chicken enchilada for our son. As well, we ordered two drinks and a water, and a thing of chips and salsa. Now to start off, I will focus on the appetizer of chips and salsa. The chips were actually good, but the salsa for me didn't really have any thing of spice. It tasted like the salsa that you can get it bottled from a store. My mom and wife liked it because they can't take spice like me, but it needed some heat. The quesadillas looked delicious and the white sauce that it came with did look good. When they brought my son's dish of one chicken enchilada, it came with it plus beans and rice. The enchilada wasn't rolled, but looked like a quesadilla, and it had a tomatillo sauce which only tasted of tomatillo normally it too has some sort of spice. Also, the re fried beans didn't look fresh, it looked like they came from a can, and the rice did have some flavor, but not as much as we hoped. Then my fish burrito came, it was delicious, and it had good flavor because of the white sauce. Yet, the tortilla fell apart very easily, and they didn't roll it. A burrito normally is rolled, and this wasn't rolled from any of the two extremes. And to me that shows a lack of quality. For this reason I rated it poor because the place charges about the same price as Costa Vida and Cafe Rio. Yet, they don't give good quality to their meals. The drinks were fine, just soda and water nothing abnormal about it. All I can say is that we probably will not be coming back because of what we experienced.More
