If that sounds appealing then you can find us north of Perth's CBD, where our little restaurant is situated at 9/663 Newcastle Street, Leederville. Everything on the menu can be Veganised,

In the heart of Leederville, this great Indian restaurant has a great vegetarian and vegan buffet options topped up regularly. It was amazing food and I cannot wait to come again!!

We dined at The Leaf as a post-holiday group dinner, at the suggestion of a family member of mine. As I often do, I went looking for a TripAdvisor review ti check the place out beforehand, and was surprised to not be able to find one. Odd, I thought. How come?
Well, having now dined there I still don't know why that would be the case. Still odd. There's nothing flash about The Leaf in a physical sense, but so what - the restaurant layout is perfectly functional, and the decor is fine.
I've dined at many Indian restaurants, in many countries (including India), and The Leaf ticks all the boxes. The food is lovely. It's fully vegetarian (and/or vegan), which is fine. The menu range is broad. The service was friendly and attentive. It's BYO. Pricing is good.
It's not 5-star/fine dining, but it doesn't set out to be. I'd happily return.

This is hands down the best indian food I've ever had. I have never had anything like the vegan butter chicken - the sauce is incredible, the protein is a wonderful taste and texture and service was very fast with the option for delivery. I have messaged every other vegetarian/vegan I know to tell them about this hidden gem, but even my meat eating partner admits the vegan butter chicken sauce was the best he's ever had, meat versions included. Every vegan and vegetarian needs to make this place a regular visit

Simply the best Indian restaurant in Perth. Probably Australia! A large Vegan and vegetarian variety plus the usual meat dishes. I highly recommend the mushroom sizzle starter to share đź‘Ś

Just ordered take away and was shocked by what was give to us! We have been ordering Indian food for a long time and this was like eating something out of a can. We ordered the butter chicken and it was like mince rather than real chicken. I’m just hoping I am not sick in the morning! Disgraceful!

Yes sad to say that disgusting is the only choice of words to describe this nauseating mush of mock prawns, fish and beef swimming in tomato sauce trying to pass as Indian food. It’s neither fish nor flesh nor good vegan food. It’s simply a disgrace to Indian cuisine. The mind boggles and the stomach turns! Run for your life!

Fantastic place to out. We have been twice and have had great food both times. All 4 of our kids haves loved it too. Strongly recommended!

This place is amazing! A little hidden Gem, the flavours was amazing staff were amazing. Definitely be back, and I'm not a vegan but the mock meat they use its excellent.

This is hands-down the BEST curry we’ve ever found in our 4 years in Perth, it was SENSATIONAL! The flavours/ textures were spot-on, the service was excellent, and I’m going to return with a large group of girlfriends very soon. Will be eating here regularly from now on.

Wow, amazing food and so great to find a decent vegan restaurant. Lovely helpful staff. We will hopefully be back before we move on to our next holiday destination. Highly recommended.

This restaurant is a scam! avoid this restaurant. The food was definatley not Indian, not Vegan just a real rip off! Everyone please avoid this restaurnt unless you want to leave feeling ripped off and feeling very sick afterwards, they are just a bunch of lying fraudulent people!

Wow! Food was amazing and the value was even better, staff was awesome. We do not enjoy spicy food we thought would be a problem but the chef adapted the meals for us .. all fresh and yummy. The menu is wide ... have to come back.

awesome vegan curries - this is one of our go to spots.. as someone else said - not 5 star and not trying to be - its a little tucked away spot with food that will make your body smile....

I was visiting from Sydney and was keen to try some vegan Indian so took my aunt there for dinner. The food was incredible, as good Indian as I have had anywhere. My carnivore aunt was also very impressed and said she would take her friends there. I later went back and got 5 curries/2 rice for takeaway for my cousins to try. They were also very impressed. Their online menu does not show the full in-store offering. I wish this restaurant was in Sydney!
