Parma Ridge Winery (and Brewery) is well worth the drive into the country! We were served probably the best fish and chips ever and this is even after visiting England for some famous chips. Service is folksy, but don't let that fool you as the...food is sophisticated and the wine wonderful. Appetizers, salads, etc., were quite wonderful as gauged by a our table of four. Try the wine sampler then take home a bottle or two. Highly recommended.More
Best time to visit is when its nice enough to sit outside and enjoy the view. Its fun to listen to the bands in the summer time. I have not had anything from the menu that is not wonderful. The garlic fries with extra aioli...are a must every time. Stephanie and Storm are nice and offer a great selection. The wine I suppose is the reason people go, but the food and atmosphere are awesome.More
We were on vacation but visited here with local friends. It was like a little vacation within a vacation! We dined outdoors, our of the sun but they put umbrellas on tables in the sun. I ordered the very tasty Pear Salad with chicken. Hubs...ordered the salmon and said it was perfectly prepared. He enjoyed a couple of beers brewed with their local hops. Our hosts shared their totally delicious rosemary truffle fries.More
Six of us from Boise drive out to Parma Ridge Winery & Bistro for brunch. They serve 4 kinds of mimosas,,, we ladies ordered Blood Orange Mimosas - YUM! The view out their windows and from their patio is exceptional! All the appetizers and entrees...were very good!More
Fabulous service, scrumptious food, great wine, nice views, incredible value! The restaurant is in between the home and the garage and serves a full menu Fri-Sunday. I have been there for lunch yet cannot comment on their tasting room nor the tasting room menu offered...every day. My burger was garlicky and perfect, the fries to die for. Good wine so far although I have not yet done a full wine tasting. Family operated and has a great following, me included now!More
The food is good, the view is wonderful, and the atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable. The prices are very reasonable considering the portion sizes. Their cream of mushroom soup is worth trying and their burgers are very well-cooked and tasty. I can't wait to return...and try their other offerings! Definitely worth it!!!More
