Amazing location. After a great walk we enjoyed a meal at this dog friendly pub. Good food which we ate outside whilst enjoying the scenery.

We visited the Pendle Inn one night during the week around 18.00 for tea. It was a nice night so was beautiful sat in the conservatory with the lovely surroundings. I had the 2 course for £14, black pudding to start and roast dinner for main. My partner had peri peri chicken burger. Our food was delicious and good size... More

This is one of those places where you like to stop, especially on a warm or hot day for the proverbial swift half. Not the cheapest place but wholly charcterful inside and out set, as it is, in the lovely small village of Barley just round the corner from the car park and tourist Info centre and directly opposite a... Had a lovely day out doing some of the walks around Roughlee and Barley. Finished with a mixed grill and a few pints of the locally brewed ale. It's not far from where Family live and we eat here more than twice a month. Always excellent quality food, drink and service.

Great pub. Called in with family had food and pint of Pendle beer. No complaints from anyone. Dogs Welcome. Usually busy at weekends. We ate outside.

We have such high expectations of the Pendle Inn, which means that when even something minor isn't perfect, we're disappointed.... The service, as always is perfect; the drinks choice amazing & the atmosphere, whether in the conservatory or snug for a meal is lovely.... Unfortunately the meat for the Sunday roast was a little overcooked & chewy for my personal... More

Lunch on a Sunday, most or the meals were very good although the vegetables were undercooked and cold. On the Sunday lunch it appeared to be frozen roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. Service was very good with a nice atmosphere just a shame the food let it down.
