We've been coming here for a few years. Nampa has a very limited number of options for good Asian food. I would rate Little Saigon good, but not great overall. Their service has always been wonderful .... no complaints. As far as their menu, good...to very good but not excellent. Average Cha Gio, decent Pho & Noodle Dishes. My favorite is their Spicy Chicken and Spicy Beef. Just the right amount of sweet to hot ratio. Love the pickled veggies that accompany the meal. Fair prices.More

We have been eating here for a long time. Just recently we went in to eat and had Pho for the very first time. It was incredibly yummy. Now we get it for take out at least once a week! Always very yummy. We always order pho, and the toppings are very fresh. The broth is super flavorful. I like the fried tofu, hubby likes the beef!

We ordered fried calamari and crab rangoons for appetizers. Crab rangoons came out crisp and I thought the mixture was a perfect balance of sweetness. The fried calamari was good, we ended up dipping it in the sweet and sour sauce rather than what they...brought us. The pho was huge! They give you a generous amount of meat too, we ended up having leftovers. Add some sriracha and hoisin sauce to give it more flavor and a little kick to your taste buds! We took a break from errands to have an early dinner, neither the excessive heat nor road construction could deter us from our desire for Vietnamese food! My husband and I both had a selection of chicken, veggies and rice. My man would have preferred...more chicken but I was delighted with all the veggies and sauce. The red sauce added just the right zip, the Vietnamese iced coffee balanced the heat refreshingly! Our waitress was attentive to our need for water as well, with the blistering outside temps! Two families stopped in for dinner, worth the effort to navigate the downtown construction. Friendly service, fast, fresh and very tasty food! Will go again!

Went here with family. A favorite of theirs for the Pho. I got the flat noodles. It tasted like small overcooked egg noodles rather than a wide aldente rice noodles. Vegetables swimming in sauce with virtually no meat. Beef, Chicken, Shrimp, nope. Also bowl of...wonton soup. Wontons dry almost firm, and lacking flavor. It is a small hole in the wall needing decorating and a warmer atmosphere. Wait person didn't know menu very well, and provided less than stellar service. I have gone there several times now and I always leave happy. I keep ordering the noodle soup with the beef and it is amazing. The portion is very big so I have it for at least two meals even though I am a big...eater. The price is reasonable for such a high-quality ingredients. Only a little things was that I was waiting pretty long time for my meal to be prepared to go even though the restaurant was quite empty but it was more than worth it to wait :)More
