The brioche bun was too small for the Cali club sandwich. Don't get me wrong, it was tasty but it fell apart. The inside ingredients would slide out and the bun would crumble everywhere and was dry. I probably should have paid closer attention to...the pictures on the website showing that type of bun. Made the excitement of eating this gorgeous looking sandwich a big let down. Otherwise it was a good sandwich. Next time I will get one with a different type of bread.More
This was a toss up between the feel of a New York deli and a comedy club. The person that took our order was hilarious to listen to as he interacted with the customers. The food is great and there are a lot of sandwiches...with little twists to the ingredients. For those that are afraid to get fat, they also have salads. I'm glad I don't live here because I would probably be here every week.More
This restaurant has a great selection of awesome sandwiches, and it was such a fun spot to eat! It was our first time in Idaho, and of our 6 days there, we had 3 lunches at Fat Guys! Each time we were there we had...a different sandwich, and loved them all! The sandwiches were very large, super tasty, and a great price. Wally was super nice, and a ton of fun to chat with. I ate two meals here. I had the Triple Chin sandwich and the meatball sandwich. Both were excellent. I also had fantastic chicken rice soup. Met our son here as we were traveling through. Staff were very friendly, everything was very clean and the food was delivered promptly and the sandwich was great. The broccoli cheese soup was the best. Thank you Fat Guy's, we will be back.

Wow, the chef here has put together some mighty tasty sandwich combinations. They also provide the side (potato salad, cole slaw, or chips) and drink in the cost of the meal. The bread bun is soft, fresh, and delicious. No waiting; you order at the...cash register and they call your name when ready. There are so many sandwich selections that it is hard to choose! And their soups are fresh and special each day. Good value for the price.More
Super sandwiches, super service. Both my wife's meal and mine were great. Everything was fresh and the portions were plentiful. We're definitely making this a regular stop. Why would you ever go to a chain or fast-food place, when you can go to Fat Guys?...They are just as fast, but there's no comparison. Fat Guys... hands down the best.More
I cant say better things about Fat Guys Fresh Deli. Truly fresh meats. Best sandwiches in Idaho! Ate there 2 times today! They have a total of 28 special sandwiches and I'm on a mission to try them all now. The team that works there...are kind, funny, fast and always get the order right. Fay Guys advertises a lot so I wanted to check it out. I love a good deli sandwich. I was not disappointed. Big sandwich, great potato salad. Served fast. The place is small. You order at the counter and are lucky to find a seat....Probably best for to go orders. Parking is also difficult at lunch time. Be ready to order when it’s your turn, because the owner/staff who takes the orders is no nonsense and has little patience for indecision. I’ve seen this a lot in east coast deli’s but am used to more friendliness in Meridian. The food makes this place. I’ll check out the menu online and know what I want when I visit again. This might garner a smile from the owner/staff.More
Food here is fresh with delicious combinations of flavors. Yummy. Lots of great sandwiches. It's not on the menu but the King Josiah sandwich with red onions is my favorite.
This place was recommended to us by a person in a nearby business. Unless you know it’s there it’s kind of hard to see. This is a local establishment, not a chain or franchise. Their sandwiches were excellent, the sides were delicious the two young...folks working there were friendly, funny and fast. They recommended their best seller and I can see why it is. We also got a different sandwich and split them. Both excellent! Trust me, for me to give 5 stars to a sandwich shop is unusual. This place deserves it in spades!More
Between family and friends, I have had 4 different sandwiches and they were all delicious and I would eat any of them again. They have indoor and outside seating.
