I had been told in one persons opinion that this was the best ever Mexican restaurant my sister and I ordered the fajita platter, I think it was our mistake as we were surprised when it was not sizzling, the food was ok but not what we were expecting, We did not feel a warm welcome as we entered and the same feeling we received from the waitress, no refills no is everything ok. not certain if I will go again, but I feel every establishment should get a second chance.

The food here is good if a bit pricey. The wait staff is on top of your order and makes sure you have everything you need. Friendly staff, good food and nice atmosphere.

Food was pretty good. Not really good, just pretty good. Pricing was fair. Service was poor. Extremely slow and had to ask for drink refills. I probably wouldn’t dine in, but would consider take out.

We went in for dinner at 6:00 pm.. Only 3 booths were full. We ordered our food, chips and salsa were served. Chips were bland and the salsa has not flavor. Poor excuse for Mexican food. minutes went by.... we ordered one drink from the bar that had no bartender, and we never received. Waitress seemed to be busy with nothing! not attentive at all ! Food was very poor quality but piled lots of rice and beans on the platter. A 1 hour painful dinner that could have been finished 30 minutes. i will never go back, and I live here in Kuna. just a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE......

This place is average at best as far as quality of food. I ordered #1 three beef tacos with rice and beans (combo) and my son ordered the Guadalajara burrito and one ice tea-$40. I have never seen such a small portion and I was still hungry after leaving. I get the supply chain issues and inflation but this meal I would value $20 at best.

Fiesta Guadalajara in Kuna is one of those places that you walk in and you wonder what the food will be like. Most often, it is not overly crowded and they seat you immediately. When you are in and sitting though, the experience is family. The manager Ronnie comes and says hi and talks a little to you, the staff is really friendly and the food is excellent and even better for the price. This restaurant goes above and beyond. I was with a guest that we took there one time, and they asked for a glass of wine. They did not have the type, but Ronnie was determined to deliver. He went and purchased an entire bottle for the guest to have one glass. That is someone who cares about his guests experience. Everyone there has always gone above and beyond anything I would ever expect from a restaurant.

I ordered two enchiladas and my wife a chimichanga. The enchiladas were bland and very small. No sauce on them and they were a flour instead of a corn tortilla. My wife's chimichanga was small with little chicken. The guacamole was watered down. It did not used to be this way and we used to go there all the time. Why they decided to cheap out on everything when the prices are not that great I will never know. I guess we will have to find a new place. The taco trucks are better at a lower price. Very disappointed.

Wow what a difference a return visit can make, I now recommend this Mexican restaurant to all my friends, the Carne Asada is outstanding, the customer service was outstanding the last two visits. It will now be my go to Mexican Restaurant, so happy I returned.

We don't live here, but everytime we are in town to visit our daughter this place is a must stop. The food is very fresh and tasty and is of consistent quality.

We have lived in Kuna 5+years. We visit Fiesta Guadalajara about 3 times every 2 months. The service and the food are always very good. We have tried many things on the menu - always good. The mole sauce is wonderful!
When we moved here we were told by several people that the other Mexican restaurant in town was wonderful - great food, etc, etc. We have tried it three times and find the food to generally be bland. We don't plan on trying it a fourth time.
Fiesta Guadalajara is our go to for Mexican in Kuna.

Poor service. Not very attentive and kept forgetting things. She seemed flustered. The busboy was more attentive and very nice, even refilling our drinks as the waitress was nowhere to be found. We waited forever for our drinks and when the food arrived, finally, it was the worst meal we've had here. We always get the same thing so we know what it should taste like. The people next to us had a problem and the manager was there forever talking to them. He didn't seem too receptive to the criticism about their problem but sounded very defensive at times. It was not busy, the other Mexican restaurant is always full. Maybe they should close this one down as the parking lot is always empty and they don't seem to care about good food and good service.

Let’s start at the end. We went to Feista Guadalajara in Kuna, Idaho. I asked if they had a military discount. Our bill was $55. The waitress looked at me and said I will give you one dollar off, and that’s exactly what she took off of the bill. That is not only an insult to me and my family but to all of our military servicemen. If you don’t offer a 10% discount then say no I’m sorry we don’t offer one. NO PROBLEM!!! I go there once every two or three years hoping it would change. I will NEVER be back again !!! I took my kids there it took five minutes with no receptionist upfront to get a table and it was slow. The food was not that great, it took a long time to come out, and my alcoholic drink didn’t have any alcohol in it.

Went to eat here tonight for my birthday dinner. Server was friendly just not attentive at all. I normally don’t write reviews but I’m a little frustrated.
Thought I would show this location some support because I know the other Mexican restaurant in town is very busy. If every night is like tonight I can see why this store is not as busy.
Had to get up and find a server to get a refill on my soda, wanted another one later in my meal but never was asked.
Couldn’t eat all of my fajitas because I was out of tortillas half way into my meal and finally just asked for a box and tortillas Togo because everyone else was finished eating.
Store was slow only 3 tables there eating. Maybe the server was new I don’t know but tonight was definitely a let down.
Server was nice at least she wasn’t rude.
Will be going to Enrique’s from here on out

Our family has been going to Fiesta Guadalajara for 15 plus years! They have the best carne asada! The staff is always friendly and the prices are reasonable. Food had always been great!
