OUR BEERS
Miner's Canary, Strout | 5.5% ABV | 18 IBUS | 26°L (On Cask)
Using organic Crisp pale malts and some extra special ingredients, we have created a dark creature worthy of the darkest mines in Idaho. It was fermented to full dryness with just a small infusion of East Kent Golding hops
Toothy Grin, British Bitter | 5% ABV | 33 IBUS | 14°L (On Cask)
Despite the name, this quaffable brew isn't really all that bitter. A full malt flavor is balanced with earthy East Kent Goldings hops and fruity esters from a classic British yeast strain. We serve our bitter on a beer engine, giving it a creamy head and silky mouthfeel, just the way they've done it across the pond for generations
Thorny Thistle, Scottish Ale | 6.5% ABV | 25 IBUS | 19°L (On Tap)
This lovely "wee heavy" has a hint of sweetness, with a complex malt character and a warming alcohol presence. The roasted barley lends bitterness and deep, complex malt character. We "dry hop" our wee Thistle with traditional, organic heather tips, giving it a hint of floral aroma
Lucky 7, Idahi Pale Ale | 6.4% ABV | 45 IBUS | 6°L (On Tap)
Our seventh beer, brewed to highlight the whole leaf Idaho7 hop has us feeling a little superstitious about the number 7. The unique aroma of the Idaho7 hops greets you like a tropical breeze with notes of pineapple and tropical fruit. The crisp pale malt happily plays second fiddle to the clean hop flavors of this crushable pale
Big Plough, Robust Porter | 7% ABV | 24 IBUS | 33°L (On Tap)
Roasty, malty goodness for the cold winter months. The Big Plough is packed with roasted barley, caramel malt, chocolate malt and a healthy dose of bitter black malt. A healthy dose of whole leaf cluster hops temper the malty sweetness, but don't hide the chocolatey aroma
Still Thinking, Blonde | 5.5% ABV | 23 IBUS | 5°L (On Tap)
With notes of honey and fresh bread, our blonde lager is a light, tasty brew. The Pilsner & Munich malts provide just enough malty richness to give this lager body and full flavor. At 5% ABV, this mellow ale is the perfect choice for a proper beer session
Store House, Saison Wild Yeast | 5.8% ABV | 24 IBUS | 6°L
We ferment out Saison with wild yeast, as the style was originally brewed. It has a nose of bright citrus and peppery notes with a healthy bit of hop character. Crisp and effervescent, Storehouse is unfiltered and its residual yeast provides a sour twang and complex finish
Witty Woodpecker, Belgian Witbier | 7.2% ABV | 16 IBUS | 4°L (On Tap)
The palest, cloudy shade of yellow, our Witty Woodpecker's svelte appearance belies its brazen potency. Brewed with lemon peel, coriander and chamomile, we ferment this Belgian wit to full dryness giving it a crisp finish with notes of spice citrus
Adhoc, Dunkelweizen | 5.7% ABV | 16 IBUS | 33°L
(Coming Soon) Just like its cousin Short Pants, our dunkel is made with a mashbill of 50% Organic wheat malt. A slightly different yeast strain that hails from Andechs Germany gives similar spicy phenols and esters with strong notes of vanilla. The dark malts provide satisfying background flavors of chocolate and fresh bread
Belgian Brown | 6% ABV | 25 IBUS | 21°L
(Coming Soon) Special Limited Release This Belgian Brown is brewed with a traditional Trappist Yeast strain, giving spicy esters traditional in Belgian ales. The rest of this limited release is aging in a barrel as we speak, transforming into an Oud Bruin for Fall 2017

I love good beer, but this ain't it. All of the beers have some sort of weird off taste to them. The food is extremely overpriced and generally horrible. We've given this place chance after chance and tried a bunch of things on the menu,...More

We enjoyed our light meal and beer at the Warfield, but the price was out of sight! Their butter salad is really good! This was the lightest and most expensive meal during our stay.

Both reasonably priced. We were bummed when we came in for happy hour and told the kitchen wasn’t open after we were sat with happy hour menus. It would have been good service to offer discounted food off the dinner menu. Regardless the only veg...More

We ate at the Warfield Distillery and Brewery during a January 2019 ski trip. We enjoyed it for the varied and unusual menu. The beer was great. For dinner, we had a potpourri from the menu and had them bring it as a single serving....More

I went to the Warfield for drinks with some friends on a ski trip to Ketchum. We ended up at the Warfield 3 nights in a row. The staff is great, the restaurant and bar have a great vibe, and the drinks were good. If...More

Nice draft beer selection and good food, but the best part is the amazing views. I grew up skiing on Baldy and boy! the memories came flooding back.

This is my opinion. Do not go to this restaurant. We were a party of four that visited this place on the strength of an advertised deal this restaurant placed in our local newspaper. We had never actually eaten there as over the last couple...More

We only had a few rounds of drinks and a couple apps, but this place was great. The bartenders were very imaginative and creative. They also shared a lot of the makings of the drinks with us and explained with great detail how they made...More

We are locals who visited Warfield shortly after they opened—it was good but not great so had not been back until last night. We wish we had not. First, my husband loves craft beers and was very disappointed in his beer, “just fair”. I am...More
