How is D'Railed rated?

Just had Valentines Day dinner here for 2, for $219. The lobster was undercooked, and the steak was thin. The real kick in the gut though, was the 6% service charge tacked onto the bill without notice, AND another 22% service charge/auto gratuity below that,...which ALSO wasn't noted on the menu. Ever wanting to go big, the owners then gave us a final bill to sign, with a THIRD option to tip! This would be on top of the 6%, the 22%, and the tax. Suggested amounts started at ANOTHER 20% and went up from there! This is infuriating and outrageous, and has no place in Idaho Falls.More

Outlandish pricing, good food, fabulous waitresses

Absolutely terrific waitresses. The best in the business. For the price the food is not up to the top level. The chef is not overly friendly but does take pride in his work. We were at Copper Rill a few days earlier and the filet...was much better for half the price. Gratuity does not go solely to your waitress so what's the incentive.More

Amazing food, great atmosphere!

The food here is incredible! Adorable little building with seating out back as well. The Wagyu beef, seafood and sides we had were perfection! Pricey, but with it!

OUTSTANDING!!!

This was just an awesome dinning experience!! My wife and I had one evening in Idaho Falls so we asked the desk clerk at the hotel where the best place was to eat. The gentleman named a couple places and then told us of D'Railed....He mentioned that he had not personally had dinner there but had plenty of great comments. That was our decision. I had the Kobe Filet Mignon (BMS12) and it WAS the best piece of meat I have ever had. I must say I buy Kobe and Wagyu from TheMeatery.com which is really good. On this night at D;Railed it was just the best steak ever!! Small restaurant but great service and fine food. I look forward to a return visitMore

An experience that cannot be replicated!

Super well prepared cuisine. I tried the Chilean sea bass with the fried Brussels sprouts and it was so delicious.

Loved it. My first time there and I could not of been more satisfied. My friends invited to join them and now I know that this is the place to visit on my next trip to Idaho falls.

Overpriced

This restaurant was incredibly over priced. The food was good but not worth what you pay. No bread. Every side dish is an additional cost. Over $60 for a steak. One beer, 12.75?

We maintain only the highest quality Japanese and Australian Wagyu at which, $60 is cheap. One delerium tremons or karmelite is certainly 12.75. You will pay that or more for a single bottle of it to drink at home. Thanks for the review. DILLIGAF.

This place is 5 star and $$$$ terrific food and service. Expensive

Absolutely stunning food. As you can see I have eaten at a lot of very good restaurants. Even 3 star Michelin restaurants. I would say the steaks here are equal to or greater than the best. I don't understand why they don't have the highest...ratings in the area. Their service is very very good as well. So personable with excellent suggestions but not over the top. I know quite a few people who have eaten here and have the same glowing report. If I were to fault them I would say the avocado salad falls short of there capabilities. Another point of interest is that they are listed as $$-$$$. If you buy the best stuff on the menu they are $$$$ high as if they were in the middle of NY. Highly recommended.More

What a great hidden gem!

I’m not even sure how I found this place, but I sure am glad I did! It’s quaint and cozy, and the staff is really friendly. I had the sea bass - my favorite- and it was cooked to perfection and a HUGE portion. I...definitely recommend it- and will be returning for sure!More

Best Steakhouse

High quality meats with prices to match. Our beef was perfectly cooked at medium rare with great flavor and texture. Our waitress was very friendly with great service. Wish we had made a reservation for outside dining but it was full.

Waygu ribeye cap

Let me begin by saying I typically don’t write reviews. However, if you are ever in Idaho falls and don’t pay D’railed a visit you are doing yourself a disservice. The waygu ribeye and waygu ribeye cap that I had were both phenomenal. I’ve had...waygu at 2-3x the price that didn’t live up to the ribeye cap I had. Don’t honor reservations

We just made a reservation for 2 (7:35 pm) and they told us 15-20 minutes. We came in after 20 minutes (7:57 pm) and they told us “sorry- we need another 5-10”. Cool. We waited outside. After about 10 minutes (8:05pm) we were told they...couldn’t accommodate us and it was a confusion internally- they were full up on reservations. It stinks that we just waited 30 minutes and they are now unable to seat us. That’s pretty horrible customer service, organization, and business practice in general. Though I have had wonderful food in the past at this establishment, I think this experience makes it a “never again” for me. * also- the server said she would go talk for the manager and see what she could do.... 11 minutes later (it’s now 8:16 pm) I go inside to see what is up and she is talking to a table.... so obviously the establishment is very concerned about their mess up. 🤷🏼‍♀️More

FANTASTIC!

My husband and I decided we needed a quiet night out and a nice meal. We got both!! The outdoor patio is very peaceful - the train that came by only added to the ambiance! Everything was presented beautifully and tasted AMAZING - from shrimp...cocktail to the halibut and rack of lamb. Words can’t describe how delicious the roasted Brussel sprouts were!!! Highly recommend!!More
