We ate here three nights in a row. The fritto misto is great and the tiramisu pretty good too. The service suited us as we wanted a relaxed evening with friendly service. We ate in the garden and it was busy but seemed family friendly not rowdy. We tried the grilled mixed fish one night but returned to the fritto.... More

The restaurant is located 15 minutes drive from central Lido. Seems like a place for locals (mostly families). The place is huge (including a gaeden, dining halls, etc.) but staff was limited when we arrived and service was rather slow. The dishes (fish, black pasta, boiled and fresh vegetables) were good and reasonably priced. Atmosphere was rather informal. It's not... More

Tired and hungry from journey, this place was mentioned as one of the local and nearest options for lunch by our hotel staff. Definitely wasn't disappointed. Friendly and welcoming staff, relaxed atmosphere. The prawn and tomato nocchi was delicious and we had the best caramel panna cotta -creamy and melts in your mouth. Bill was reasonably priced by Venetian standards.... More

Environment somewhat uncomfortable. Staff helpful. Food quality was average. It surprised us too many meals of frozen products. Incredibly high coperto: 3 euros per person! For what???

The place is cute and a very chilled environment. Got here after a long walk and looked forward to our first meal in Venice. Staff were helpful but the restaurant seemed under staffed for the evening. Often ended up getting what I needed by myself. This wasn't a major problem for me. The food was unfortunately disappointing... mediocre at best... More

Rented a bike for a couple of hours and found this restaurant while on the ride. They were busy and locals were the customers. We had a great lunch and one of the best meals we had in days. Fresh seafood, great pasta, fair prices. Did not feel that we were treated different than the locals. Would come back here... More

Take a vaporetto from Venice to Lido, hire a bike, cycle to Pellestrina and on the way back stop for a well deserved lunch at the Locando da Scarso. The place has cycle racks and is well frequented by Italians which is a good indicator of good food at value for money prices. You cannot go far wrong anywhere on... More

A nice no-frills trattoria which serves you good and straight dishes out of their warm kitchen. I had Sarde in Saor and Baccalà Mantecato which both were of very good quality. The mixed fried fish platter was also excellent, as the Bigoli al Sugo. Prices are reasonable, so it is definitely a go for me.
