Booked here on the recommendation of a local. Daily specials in addition to a regular menu. Everything was good from appetizer through dessert, with a reasonable selection of wines by the glass. Our meals were delicious and the ambience was lovely. My starter- a chilled cucumber soup was a knockout. The fish of the day was a beautifully prepared halibut. My dining partner said his shrimp cocktail was the best he has had. His trout entree was...tasty and the side of fries piping hot. The house special carrot cake was a standout and the Triple Threat dessert worth every calorie. I don’t know why more restaurants can’t turn out flavorful, thoughtfully prepared dishes like CK’s. I wanted to sample the Sun Valley area and had the opportunity to dine at CK's. Delicious trout and corn cakes along with a Hemingway Daiquiri. Janine provided exceptional service and a pleasurable atmosphere in lovely Hailey. As good as it gets.

I rarely score 5 but this place - how did I live in idaho most of my life and not know about it? The food and service were amazing. The reason I gave 'value' only 4 was that a $10 dessert was a bit on...the small side (yet absolutely remarkable). The menu changes according to availability, but each item is sourced locally and the source is noted on the menu. I echo other reviews: every bite was succulent and divine, layered with flavors and textures and colors and unusual ingredients that resulted in an extraordinary dining experience. Our first time here certainly did not disappoint! Their patio is shaded and ruined with beautiful flowers and greenery. The menu was inventive with several options that made it difficult to hoose just one dish. All food is housemate, which adds to the flavorful quality....Each bite was a delight!More

I drove from Sun Valley after reading the TA reviews. Well worth the drive. Fresh produce, perfect seasonings, deliciousness through and through. I rarely eat trout but after reading the reviews, I gave it a try. YES, YES, YES to the trout. I paired it...with the seasonal salad and a side of brussel sprouts. The desserts are made in house. For a small community- what a great asset...this little gem! Don't miss it.More

My Mom was visiting from Atlanta, and she wanted to have Idaho Trout. So, we went to CK’s. She said it was the best trout she has ever had....ever! The ambiance was great, the staff friendly, the service fabulous and the food fresh and delicious....I had a butternut squash soup....with a curry flavor. And then I had the roasted chicken. My husband had the Gaucho steak with the best fries I’ve had in a long time! CK’s is one of the best restaurants in the valley!More

What a treat ! Wonderful service from friendly staff and really good deliciously prepared food. Hubby and I shared soup and beet salad and then we both devoured two Veggie Madness plates. Little sweet Hailey has quite a food scene going on!
