Super-convenient to both the Hailey/Sun Valley airport and the Sun Valley resort, Zou 75 has been our go-to sushi joint for years. Sushi on Second in nearby Ketchum used to be our spot, but we have settled on Zou because the service is always great and every time we go, we enjoy really good, fresh-tasting sushi that is always served... Zou is always a great option for date night. With drinks app and three sushi rolls between the two of us. Bill was about $100. Great sushi for a mountain town.

...would we go to a sushi place in Idaho when we live on the North Coast of California? It wasn't our 1st choice (long story) but without reservations they graciously seated us on a busy Thursday night. The sushi was good but not up to the standards of our local places (see Bayfront One and Kyoto in Eureka, CA), the... More

I think I should tell you right off the bat that I am a sushi snob. I have eaten sushi all over the world New York, Los Angeles, and yes Japan . Zou 75 literately goes out of their way to bring you the very best the freshest sushi I have ever tasted and if it's not exactly what you... More

my hamachi sashimi was fresh. i had a nice unfiltered sake. but the service and vibe screams entitlement!!! i won't go back. i would rather go to Dang where they allow rich barefoot little snots run around their biz

Place is excellent. Food wonderful, service great. Highly recommend the tuna tartar and the hickey. They even have options for the non sushi lovers.

A favorite for a birthday dinner or meet after work cocktail and appetizer. Super menu, lots of variety, excellent drinks, nice seating, professional staff. Worth a stop. Gets crowded quickly so go early or DO make reservations. Pricing on the heavy side.

This is a great place for fresh, inventive sushi. The cilantro ponzu sauce alone would make me give them 5 stars, but the friendly staff and creative sushi chefs take it to the next level. Get your roll "D style" and let the chefs riff on the menu for a few bucks more. And don't miss the dynamite shrimp bites!... More

I am not a sushi fan, but Zou's has plenty of items on the menu that are cooked, or at least slightly so. Whatever your taste, the food is great and beautifully displayed and the service is top notch!

I love sushi, lived in CA Bay area for years- now in Idaho- the best sushi fix I can find is Zou. They have a lot of flavor in their roll selection- and the bar is a fun place to pop in.
