This really is a hidden gem on the NC500. We stopped off here for coffee and cakes. The owner was very welcoming and as well as making fab cakes she also makes incredible scents/candles/diffusers which we also bought. This part of Scotland is breathtaking and...More

Went with friends a couple times now and loved the fact there was no WiFi and all their little quotes dotted about. A beautiful secret tea garden with the best lemon curd cake I have ever had and the best hot chocolate in the area....More

Great little place selling homemade candles and lotions. We caught it in the last week of opening before the winter season. Tea, homemade fruit scone with jam and clotted cream to die for! They also have a good looking menu if you are wanting a...More

Popped in here after a bit of hill walking - one thing which had struck us was the price of some establishments, charging eye watering prices for average food. But not here. fair prices for fine food. And the food isn't even their main line,...More

Tiny with outdoor seating only. Blankets and canopies to provide shelter. A little shop sells candles and soaps made by the owners. The coffee and cakes are great quality! Brilliant stop on the Drumbeg loop... But restricted parking. Dont block the road!

Situated just along from the lovely viewpoint in Drumbeg, and well signposted despite the name, this is a pleasant place to come for a coffee. All seating is outside, but the usage of multiple garden umbrellas makes this perfectly fine. The coffee was also fine,...More

What a delightful place! Hidden away off the beaten track but worth the drive. An original selection of savoury bites (e.g. mackerel pate and oat cakes, Scottish cheese selection, etc.), as well as a very appetising range of beautifully-presented cakes and sweet goods. All served...More
