This is a lovely little independent cafe. The snack lunches and cakes were delicious, reasonably priced and avoided use of plastics. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also sold candles, soaps etc. Pretty garden with animals in adjacent field. A lovely stop on a...long drive. No toilets, but public toilets are nearby and worth visiting for themselves as possibly the most scenic toilets ever!More

Our rental house in Nedd provided beautiful soaps from Assynt Aromas. In November the tea gardens & shop were closed but the online store’s open all year. I made my order, they confirmed they could fulfil it before our departure date. Paid online & picked...up from the secure box at the door of their cottage in Drumbeg. Beautifully wrapped & gorgeous products - I will recommend to others.More

We loved visiting this independent tea garden. It was so quaint and idyllic serving an amazing range of cake and hot drinks. We were gutted their season was coming to a close on 9th September as we wanted to recommend to our friends doing the...NC500 but it sounds like they needed a break after a busy few months! Can’t wait to visit again on our next time round the highlands!More

Popped in here on way to Lochinver. Its basically a candle and soap enterprise with a tearoom in the back garden. The tearoom area was a little shabby looking but it was September and a dull day so can't really blame the owners. Had tea...and small cake. The bought in cakes let the place down though. The expectation is always for home baking! Was ok. Very small tea though- half a small takeaway cup. The surprise was- no toilets. There is a notice on the door in the tea area indicating this but it was pretty inconvenient to have to walk up the road to the public toilets. I was suffering both from desperately needing the loo and a sore leg so be warned especially if you have a young child with you- use the public toilets first. Candles and soap looked nice and beautifully packaged but had no reason to purchase unfortunately. Ref the lack of loo - is this allowed? ?More

We were lucky to get a table abs the last scones of the day. The place was very busy and the only downside was that it was very busy inside, queuing to order cakes and buy candles etc. At the same time the postie was...trying to deliver some parcels and it all felt very cramped and very difficult to ensure social distancing. That said some of our party visited the next day and things were a lot less busy. Definitely recommended for a stop off if you’re driving the Drumbeg LoopMore

Delightful stop for coffee and cake but you can easy miss it. If you are passing through Drumbeg on the North Coast 500 make sure you look out for it. The lemon drizzle cake was delicious.

Stumbled across the place whilst doing the NC500 route. It's a cute little set up and if you blink you will miss it. Serving cakes, scones & pastries - hot & cold drinks and a small selection of savouries, it was a great little spot...to grab a drink and bite to eat. The shop too was lovely, well presented and stocked items that wouldn't look out of place in a high end department store. No toilets, WiFi or signal at all ... which was fine for us, but worth notingMore

A quaint and secluded little spot. We stopped here for lunch with our two young daughters. It's a nice quiet little garden setting to sit in. The menu is fairly limited but we were very happy with the food and drinks we were served, and...the service was friendly and quick.More

I stopped off to buy myself a present, which I did, the gorgeous ‘Hidden Glen’ candle, it literally smells of relaxation! While I was there I picked up a coffee and spotted the vegan salted caramel cake, which I ordered to take out with my...drink. Just wow! This cake is the best I’ve ever tasted and I’m not even vegan! Go!!! Try the cake and if you have time relax in their beautiful secret garden cafe. What a hidden gem of a place. 👍xMore

I visited this gorgeous tea room and shop a few years ago. It was absolutely beautiful. I have always purchased candles and soap from here, since then. The tea room is sadly closed this year, for very obvious reasons but Helen has done a wonderful...job of keeping us up to date with her products and offering extra click and collect options, in Assynt for those who are visiting. I would highly recommend this lovely local business.More

We discovered this little oasis of calm on our bike ride a couple of years ago and recommend you visit this small but perfectly formed tea garden. At the time we had no means of carrying anything so I ordered soaps online when we returned...home. They are delightful and beautifully fragranced and packaged. Since then I have tried several of their products and have never been disappointed with the quality and fragrance. They make lovely gifts too. I’m also impressed with the speedy delivery and customer service. Thoroughly recommend you visit .More
