Dinner was served family style at each table and was over the...top! So many of our guests remarked about how delicious the food was, from the brisket that melted in your mouth to the perfectly prepared asparagus. They catered my May 2023 wedding and it could not have been any better! You have a few calls beforehand to go over meals/drinks and they are very accommodating! We had some severe allergies and vegans at our wedding and they catered to their liking...and made sure all allergies were out of the kitchen to be on the safe side! Their staff is just as excellent. I was always worried I wouldn't be able to eat my wedding day appetizers/food, but Steve's staff ensured we got a taste of everything! Not to mention the wedding cake was fabulous. We are so glad we saved the first layer to eat on our anniversary! Steve is absolutely wonderful as well. He took time from a busy wedding to introduce himself to my husband and me. We have hired Chef Steve and his team for the past four years. They come to us each night for drinks and apps, and then sit down dinner with an amazing dessert. This year they came for 4 straight nights and the variety of the...meals was incredible. Everything was phenomenal and I am very picky! Their meats are the best quality and perfectly prepared. They leave you with great leftovers too! The staff is the best, especially Brent and Angie! They are talented bartenders too! The chef also leaves us with dessert for the next morning. They clean everything before they go which is a treat for us as the hosts. Chef Steve also works with me on pricing and compared to other caterers in JH, Three Peaks is very competitive. Hubby and I ate here based on TripAdvisor reviews, and agree that this restaurant is very good. They offer dishes that are creative and not typical fare. I had the salmon, was delish. He had the rack of lamb, very good. We had the squash...ravioli appetizer. It was very good, but they did serve it swimming in olive oil, which we found odd. 4 - 6 is happy hour with $2 off glasses of wine. Nice stop.More

Our kids got us cooking lessons with Chef Steve and Chef Mike. We learned a lot of tips and trick in great food preparation, and then got to eat in the comfort of this wonderful restaurant. Great wine and beer selection too! Highly recommend.

From the start, we were very happy with the response time while scheduling, always prompt and willing to make changes to the menu for us. We underestimated the traffic coming back from Yellowstone and were an hour late. Steve graciously delayed dinner and when we...arrived, we were welcomed by a beautiful charcuterie platter. My husband and I recently had Three Peaks cater our wedding in Wyoming. We are from the east coast so trying to coordinate a destination wedding was not easy but Chef Steve and his team made everything so easy! Chef Steve was very accommodating with...our budget and worked with us to create a menu that suited us. Additionally, the communication was always clear and fast. Come the day of the wedding we were amazed at how good the food was. Every single guest raved about the food especially the bison steak. We had a dessert bar that was cleared out every single time they refilled because that's how good it was. For reference we got the crème brûlée, huckleberry cheesecake and tiramisu and 3/3 were out of this world. I had done a lot of research on catering companies/restaurants in the area and I'm so glad we went with three peaks. Besides the incredible food, the staff was also stellar. Unfortunately I couldn't get everyone's names but Emily and Paige went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our evening unforgettable. 10/10 would recommend Three Peaks Catering!More
