We booked a cooking class with Chef Steve for 4 adults. We had SUCH a great time!! The restaurant was open (it was still pretty early), so we actually got to see him in action as he prepared and plated a couple of dinners as well as a to-go dinner. Just seeing how his kitchen is arranged was worth the experience!! He had such great ideas. The appetizers (fresh made potato chips with home made ranch dressing), the sides (brussel sprouts with bacon, basil, & balsamic vinegar, broccoli with home made sausage, green beans with parmesan crisps), the main course (elk tenderloin, rainbow trout) and then the desserts were all over the top!! Would highly recommend this experience!

As a Christmas gift, I gave my husband a cooking lesson with Steve Murphy in our home. We had no troubles arranging the event and Steve came prepared and enthusiastic to our home and created a magical evening filled with delicious dishes. We enjoyed great wine while watching and learning from Steve as he created 7 courses.... each one fantastic. Steve was super friendly and informative. We will definitely do more of these lessons in the future. This turned out to be a wonderful gift and experience. Thanks Steve!

We were absolutely blown away by the wedding dinner Chef Steve prepared for us. My husband and I are from Chicago and when we decided to get married in the Tetons we were not able to trial any vendors. However, leading up to the event, Chef was communicative and attentive and really made me feel at ease. He and his server Maria provided impeccable service with kindness and professionalism. Chef Steve even went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs and preferences which made me feel comfortable and taken care of. In addition to the wonderful tasting apps and main course, he also made us a cake that we can't stop talking about! We had a cake made for our family back home by a local Chicago company and my husband and I kept talking about how it didn't even compare to the cake from Three Peaks. If you are looking for a perfect dinner in Victor, stop in to Three Peaks or hire Chef Steve personally. You will be so glad that you did!

Party of 6. Review based on everyone’s input. Customer service we received from our server was excellent. We were surprised how efficient was the only server in the whole restaurant (she was acting as hostess-server-bartender!). She was exceptional! Ordered the beef tips suggested by waitress as day special. More than half was fat... the little meat I got was over cooked and crispy. Not good when I think that Texas Roadhouse has better beef tips.! The mashed potatoes were decent. Broccoli was really good. Trout plate with gnocchi was a average. Gnocchi texture was too smooth, and way too few; fish was good. The rib eye was so so, not much flavor and definitely not a $36 plate. When you pay that price for a dish you expect better. Best dishes ordered were the spaghetti with elk meatball and the loaded french fries. Tomato sauce with the pasta was hearty with superb flavor. Wished a couple more meatballs. Loaded french fries were a welcomed surprised! Great flavor! Desert was excellent: crème brûlée & blond brownie! We had visited other restaurants in Driggs and we had really great experiences. It is disappointing that we saved this for last and it was short of what we expected it to be.

Our party of six decided to hire Chef Steve on our last night in Jackson Hole for a private dinner and it was well worth it! Chef Steve and his team were super flexible throughout the process (we had to reschedule a few times due to trip cancellation ) and very accommodating with allergies. Chef Steve messaged me the day of to say he was on the way and prepared a lovely dinner for us! Make sure you save plenty of room - chef Steve did not skimp on portions and even added some extra apps for us to try. Highly recommend chef Steve and three peaks!

Chef Steve and his staff did an incredible job! Not only were they incredibly helpful, responsible, and accommodating during the booking process, but they also executed a perfect surprise dinner for my parent's 60th! Chef Steve and his staff made the process extremely easy and stress-free to plan. He showed up promptly and got right to work in the kitchen. The food and the presentation was incredible - we were SO full after the appetizer rounds but continued to keep eating the rest of the courses because they were too good to miss! The kitchen was spotless when he left, and we were left with lots of leftovers to enjoy for the rest of the week on our vacation! The lemon bars were good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner :) We are so thankful to Chef Steve for helping us pull of this surprise - my parents are still talking about how much fun they had that night. It was so nice that we were all able to relax and enjoy our time together with great food, and we have Chef Steve and staff to thank for that memory!

Steve and his assistant did an exceptional job catering a meal for 17 at our rented home in Teton Village. With a varied menu to choose from, we were thrilled with the excellent result. Steve was punctual and very well-prepared, bringing all of the necessary china, linens, and even a serving table. The dinner went off perfectly. Everyone raved about the delicious food and, as he had promised, Steve left the kitchen even cleaner than when he arrived. I wholeheartedly recommend the catering services offered by Three Peaks.

We had heard such rave reviews that we decided against a tasting and forged ahead with planning our Wyoming wedding from Chicago on recommendations alone. Chef Steve packed our tables with flavor, class and beautifully plated courses. I still dream about the salad dressing...yes, salad dressing!! Our guests were absolutely delighted with the offerings and we were so honored to have Three Peaks be part of our special day. It was a seamless execution and completely delicious. I should mention that our venue was a working ranch, without potable water...never would have known there wasn't a full chef's kitchen behind the scenes. Our day was exquisite, Steve was wonderful to work with, the food was outstanding. Thank you!!

My husband and I recently had Three Peaks cater our wedding in Wyoming. We are from the east coast so trying to coordinate a destination wedding was not easy but Chef Steve and his team made everything so easy! Chef Steve was very accommodating with our budget and worked with us to create a menu that suited us. Additionally, the communication was always clear and fast. Come the day of the wedding we were amazed at how good the food was. Every single guest raved about the food especially the bison steak. We had a dessert bar that was cleared out every single time they refilled because that's how good it was. For reference we got the crème brûlée, huckleberry cheesecake and tiramisu and 3/3 were out of this world. I had done a lot of research on catering companies/restaurants in the area and I'm so glad we went with three peaks. Besides the incredible food, the staff was also stellar. Unfortunately I couldn't get everyone's names but Emily and Paige went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our evening unforgettable. 10/10 would recommend Three Peaks Catering!

Had a wonderful meal last night at Three Peaks Restaurant. The mussels were outstanding..We added the olive rosemary bread as well for a taste, but had plenty of bread that came with the mussels for dipping into the broth. We tried the soup de jour on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by the heartiness of the chicken and rice ..a cup was sufficient. Sharing a wedge salad and then the baked salmon was a perfect choice for us..all delicious. Our server Jo was pleasant and efficient and managing everything on her own on a Saturday evening. A job well done. I would highly recommend Three Peaks to anyone that as the opportunity to visit.

Chef Mike and our server Melissa were fantastic. Immediately upon arrival they were warm, fun and enthusiastic! They made our birthday celebration incredibly special and insisted that we sit back and relax while they prepared a beautiful dinner. From the appetizers to dessert, everything was exquisitely prepared and delicious. They served us appetizers on our deck, set a gorgeous table and kept the wine flowing. Chef Mike took the time to sit down with our group and answer all of our questions about his background, his passion for food and even gave us advice and tips on cooking. It was an incredible meal and an experience we will never forget!

Two couples went to Three Peaks on a Thursday evening. We had 7:00 PM reservations and we were surprised that the restaurant was empty when we arrived. We ordered the bruschetta and the Brussels sprouts for appetizers. The bruschetta was just okay; thick bread, not many tomatoes or much cheese and balsamic vinegar. The Brussels sprouts were very good. One of us ordered the lamb lollipops. They were okay, but not served hot. One person ordered the scallops and penne which was also just okay. My wife and I had the trout. The trout was not very tasty, the gnocchi was doughy and the broccoli was over cooked. Finally, we had the blonde brownie and ice cream. It was freshly baked and very good.

From the start, we were very happy with the response time while scheduling, always prompt and willing to make changes to the menu for us. We underestimated the traffic coming back from Yellowstone and were an hour late. Steve graciously delayed dinner and when we arrived, we were welcomed by a beautiful charcuterie platter. We enjoyed chatting and observing Steve and his assistant Scott prepare the meal as we relaxed from a day outdoors. The best part was yet to come: bison steaks, perfectly roasted. Steve and Three Peaks Catering are true professionals and worth every penny. Thank you for a great dinner and memory.

Wonderful setting on Main Street in Driggs . Really nice interior design with old world new world look. Very cozy amd intimate . From the beginning you could tell the waiter truly wanted us to have an amazing valentine dinner. They have a good wine selection of reasonably priced wines which is appreciated . The menu is quite varied and offers a lot of choices which is always appreciated. Let’s just say the food was better than most of the restaurants in Jackson ! Great attention to detail , presentation and quality!! Overall a great evening , great service, great food and a reasonable price !! Will be back many times !!!!

Chef Steve was our son's wedding caterer and he and his team did an outstanding job. Honestly, his unique offerings are simply incomparable. Our out of town and actually our in town guests LOVED his local sourcing and delicious creations. His yummy appetizers were off the charts and perfectly prepared Bison and Trout were mouth watering. And who has ever heard of expresso whipped lavender mashed potatoes? Simply amazing in every way. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend 3 Peaks!
