We had another incredibly delicious meal. The menu is loaded with all sorts of tasty apps and entrees. We had the Buffalo burger, fried cauliflower, edamame, nachos etc. Ask for Kimberly, she is always so attentive and full of personality!
Outdoor seating on a sunny fall day. A very good beer and wine list. I chose Snake River ale. Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, superb! Hand cut fries were awesome too. My server Amy was very hospitable and attentive. Highly recommend.
My husband and I had heard mixed reviews but thought the menu sounded good and wanted to try it . We arrived at about 7:15 on a Tuesday evening . The restaurant
Seemed busy but not packed there were several tables on the patio that...needed to be cleared. After a short wait we were seated and then pretty much ignored for 30 mins The tables around us with what seemed to be locals who were regulars were being served and taken care of.
Long story short we waited an 1hr1/2 for our food and were told the delay was due to a big party in the back and that they were just busy with them. The food was mediocre at best . Sadly disappointedMore
Good location, a wonderful deck seating area. We had nachos and beer, plus onion rings. Food was cooked perfect, beers were cold, views were distinctly Driggs.
Only issue: Our waitress was mighty nice. But as travelers surrounded by people who were obviously regulars, we felt...a little forgotton. We waited quite a bit of time for service, probably 20 minutes or more. Two tables came in after we sat and had drinks on table, order taken before we were spoken to. A bus boy finally chased down a waitress for us, who appologized and explained why she'd missed us. Fair enough! But after that, almost every time I wanted help, I'd make eye contact and she'd head the other way. I'd get service by almost tackling her. Meanwhile, she was having long conversations with the other two tables she was working. It was a bit irritating. I'd say to management that because of this, we were going to order to-go food for our daughters who stayed at the hotel, but bagged it because once I caught the waitress, I just wanted to pay and get out of there. This was a five star experience that was failed by the terrible feeling that tourists weren't welcome.
And let's be clear, no one was nasty to us. And the food and beer was fantastic. But we felt ignored.More

Thank you for your comments and inquiry - I'm happy to hear you enjoyed your visit. As I was not present that particular evening it is difficult for me to know exactly what happened. It is my understanding we were very busy and that the place filled up rather quickly which added to the stress of the evening. I suspect all of our staff was doing the best they could under the circumstances. We routinely have extra help available to assist our staff when times like this occur. Unfortunately they were not notified that extra help was needed in a timely manner - I'm sure having an extra set of hands around before things got too crazy busy could have helped to alleviate some of the problems that occurred. We will certainly strive to improve upon this in the future. Thanks again for your inquiry. Hopefully we'll see you again soon.
