Food was decent, employees very friendly. Small town so pretty much the only place to eat. Stayed at the Dog Bark Park Inn down the street

We had dinner at the Country Haus and were shocked! This restaurant is in the middle of nowhere, but it had the BEST prime rib any of us had ever had - ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD! The decor of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, but we absolutely did not care. The service was wonderful and the food,... More

The basics are here for all meals. Add to that the special home made pie and you will be satisfied. Breakfast is my favorite meal here, the omelettes are large and tasty.

The best steak and baked potato on our trip through Wyoming, Montana and Idaho! Kind servers, prompt service.

No complaints. We went in hoping to have steak, and were pleased to find a number of choices available. I had a tender ribeye and my SO gleefully ordered the deep fried steak balls. If you are new to the deep fried steak scene, it's worth checking out. After gorging ourselves, we enjoyed a berry pie and just sat for... More

Had supper there with a huge group. Food was great and service was wonderful, even though there were a lot of us, including small children. Would definitely eat there again.

A welcomed respite on our scenic byway meanderings. Nothing on the menu or the walls supported the Amish flavor of its name. Food routine. Old fashioned salad bar. Decor unappetizing. However, a very busy place with the locals on Sunday after church. When you are in town, go check out the Bark Park B&B in the shape of doggies! Funny... More

What made this restaurant memorable was the staff. Bobby our service was exceptionally friendly and good with kids. Deep fried steak bites, seems to be their speciality and it appears this is a popular Idaho menu item. The homemade bread brought out as we sat down was warm and wonderful.

We found this place while searching a GPS guide. The service was friendly and the food was excellent and well priced. If you're traveling on US 95 in Idaho, it's worth a stop.
