We stayed at Greenbrier Inn so Breakfast was included and since it was a weekday, we had coupons for breakfast at this restaurant. We both enjoyed our meals. My husband had and omelet and English muffin (which he said was better than Thomas')! We would return again.

Great little location in midtown CDA. As we frequent midtown restaurants frequently, we will come back again. First visit was defined by solid overall breakfast food and oddly slow service. Restaurant was 75% full and order took approximately 40 minutes + very slow wait service. Neat location with great potential, hoping that the service improves. Worth a stop, but make... More

I have eaten here twice. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. The food is good however the service on a busy day leaves much to be desired. It took nearly an hour for my meal to come out and when it did it was luke warm. The fresh squeezed OJ is a must. When you order a sandwich you... More

Small, quaint place with good food, attentive staff and good ;location next to the Greenbriar B & B. The locals were always there to give advice and it was a nice atmosphere.

We did Franklin's for breakfast and it was a pretty standard breakfast - eggs, bacon, potatoes, french toast. But while it was a pretty traditional breakfast, it was really well done all around. The potatoes were great, the bacon was fantastic, the orange juice clearly freshly squeezed, and the french toast was really good as well. So while it was... More

Had a egg and sausage sandwich.Massive and delicious and it came with hashbrowns. Hand squeezed fresh OJ.

I had the eggs saratoga -- a very simple dish, but executed very well, served promptly by a friendly waitstaff, and the food was great! I don't know if I'm just not a regular enough coffee drinker, but the coffee did seem a tad on the weak side. Could've been just that day. Wanted to go back, but they were... More

We've eaten breakfast at Franklins a few times over the last 6 months. Today was the last day, we've been hoping they would step up to the plate, it's a cute place with tons of potential, and they don't care enough to use it. The Cook can't seem to make eggs where the whites are not slime. When I said... More

Never tried the Hoagies, but the breakfasts are so good that I have breakfast for lunch when I go here. My favorite is the ham and cheddar omelette with seasoned home fries (with a little cheddar on them too). Delish! And they have free YFi.

This is a favorite of the locals. Intimate little place with great food and really nice staff. The Greenbriar Inn offers free breakfast there Mon-Fri for people staying at the Inn. It can get pretty crowded on the weekends.

Thank lamedy
