We were referred to this restaurant...and we're glad we were. I had the Dragon Steak, served on a sizzling platter...wonderfully marinated/flavored! The guy I work with had the chicken special...I win! The Special was very good...but if I could recommend any dish from the dozens we saw roll by...Dragon Steak was mesmerizing! Good little cafe-style environment, great service by an... More

If anybody remembers the old Eastside Cafe and Lounge in Ontario, Oregon then you'll want to try this place. Kim and her husband used to work at the Eastside and they've brought a lot of the menu here. The mandarin chicken is the best mandarin chicken ever! It's the same recipe as the Eastsides and I've never had mandarin chicken... More

We went on a Friday, the atmosphere, variety of food and drinks was amazing. The service was great and so were the prices.

An interesting mix of Asian and American cuisines. Excellent Mandarin Chicken. Full bar to accommodate everyone's favorites. Ambiance is a favorite of the 50+ crowd. Service is always an interesting interaction with the staff. The owner is usually mixing with the customers and discussing the topic of the day. Have always had a good time when visiting Orphan Annie's. You... More

Caldwell doesn't have a lot of nice places to eat but this is one of the best if not the best. Full bar, great food, live music on weekends.

This was such a fun experience. Went here for a get together with friends, to have a drink after work. Great prices, fun atmosphere and a friendly staff made this a positive experience. We all ordered different items off the menu and shared so that we all were able to try many items. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be... More

We are from Boise, but were over in the Caldwell area for the evening. We have always enjoyed Billy Braun and heard he was playing here. We were rather disappointed. The lady who sat us and our waitress were cool and seemingly disinterested. It felt like we were real outsiders. Even the other patrons kind of stared at us, like... More

Great place to eat. The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcomed. The menu is varied and the Mandarin Chicken is wonderful. Don't eat to much appetizer popcorn, leave room for your super meal.

Food was good, but the service was unfriendly to the point of uncomfortable. Both by the receptionist and our waitress. We have been here more than 10 times and realize that if you know the owners you will get impeccable service. If you don't, you should at least be treated with respect. I won't be back.
