Steaks were over cooked! Some orders were had wrong items and corrected food items were cold and late. Finger steaks were either tough or very rare when ordered medium. Potato skins tasted like chalk. Overall it was a disaster and will never return.

The place was packed, but we had a reservation for 7:15 on a Saturday night. We went early and still had to wait to be seated. Their wait staff very rude. We ordered and I also asked for a lemon for our Waters. The lemons...never came so I a s k e d again. Our waitress was always apologizing. O u r salads didn't come and then all of a sudden our salads came with our main entrees and she apologized again. My husband didn't get his salad or entree. He finally got his salad and was sitting there waiting, the waitress walked by and realized she forgot to bring his steak out. Everybody e l s e s e e m e d to be getting served just fine. Don't think we will be going back there again, the steaks were not that great, the beans w e r e cold for the prices charged!More

First, the steak was good. But that's all the positive I can say. The menu indicated a $5.00 salad bar that could be added to our $12.00 steaks. The waitress told us that would make $17.00 apiece. (The salad bar turned out to be skeletal.)...Then, when the bill came, we were charged $24.00 for the steaks and $17.00 for the two salad bars ($8.50 apiece, and $7.00 more than the waitress had told us). I asked the waitress to check and she came back with the same total. I asked to see the menu and pointed out the $5.00 salad bar offer at the top of the page. She said that applied only to the left column, not to the right column, even though this was not indicated on the menu. She said she couldn't do anything about it and said it confused her as well. We paid the whole price but won't be returning.More

I have never had a bad meal or bad experience in this restaurant. The atmosphere and food are great. I have read some of the previous reviews and it seems that the ones that rate Indian Creek Steak House low are from people who expected...to have their @$$es kissed along with the "experience". Get over it. All you're gonna get here is a good meal at a fair price. I love this place because they do things their way. Like it or leave.More

Very disappointed!! I’ve been here a few times and I was always happy with the service and food, (love the pulled pork nachos). This time, however I was very disappointed and won’t go back. Me and my friends ordered a double shot margarita. I ordered...chicken tenders with my margaritas, (I had 2). I got three chicken tenders for $8, I was fine with that. Got my bill and I was charged $16 for two El Jimadors, $4.00 for the margaritas (which were the same drinks), and $9.00 for the double shots (same drinks). So, I was charged three different charges for the same two drinks. The 4 of us who ordered the same margaritas were charged differently for the same drinks. I paid $29.00 for 2 margaritas! That’s insane! Times that by 4 of us, and they just bought probably 2 bottles of that tequila! I won’t go back again! Sorry - ya got greedy! I’m all for paying what’s fair and reasonable, but this is price gouging and I won’t support it! Ba bye, ICSH!! Sad!😞More

We have tried six times in the past year...different days, times, and size of groups. The only things consistent about this restaurant is poor service, long waits, and prices that don't justify the quality of food or the experience. We really have wanted this to...work, but continue to encounter missing reservations, wait times (AT THE TABLE) of over an hour (without refills or anything but staff members complaining themselves about why food is not coming) and shockingly poor quality of the meals once they arrive. The last attempt, we were seated for an 85 minutes before food arrived and the food was cold. We politely asked the host staff to talk with a manager, but were told the manager was not available to talk with customers today (it was about 2 PM on a Saturday.) I would have been grateful for an "average" experience on any of the last six attempts to enjoy this restaurant. It is not what it once was. I'm truly sad to have to provide a poor review as I want this restaurant to succeed and to be an asset to the community. It seems as though they've lost interest or have stopped trying.More

Went there to meet two other couples and had a reservation. We were sat right away. Waitress was quick to take to take drink orders but then things slowed way down. Took 20 minutes to get drinks. Our second drinks, we just went to the...bar and got rhem ourselves. Gave our food orders and it took approx 45 minutes to get our food. We were having a nice time so no big deal... but my steak was supposed to be a thick rib eye and ended up being a thin cut like a breakfast steak. I asked if this was the $44 rib eye and the waitress said yes. The cook was perfect. The seasoning was a little too aggressive but wasn't out of the park. I was disappointed because I'd heard great things about the place. Service was barely there and we didn't try to order desert because we knew it t would be rough to get. I might go back for a second chance but I domt have high hopes.More

...I thought the place would have a little more class considering the menu prices. Glanced at the menu before we drove out, wound up expecting more than the restaurant delivered. We had a reservation for 4PM and arrived about 3:50, checked in and were seated...about 4:10. The hostess and her crew seemed very disorganized, nobody displaying any confidence in what they were doing. A young red-head girl grabbed 6 menus, 6 set-ups and led us to a small round table with 5 chairs. She grabbed another chair from a nearby table, expecting us to crowd around her chosen table. We pointed out 2 other tables that the 6 of us could comfortably gather around, she rolled her eyes and snatched the menus and set-ups and went to speak with the hostess. Another table was suggested and we followed her to it. She never asked, "is this table OK" or "enjoy your dinner" or anything that would have been good customer service oriented. All 6 of us thought she needed an attitude adjustment. If it had been just my Wife and I, we would have walked out about then. We already knew the menu was a little pricey, but the quality, ambiance and service did not justify the prices. I had finger steaks, they were OK but the portion seemed more for a child's plate. Wife, Sister and her partner enjoyed their steaks and the folks enjoyed their prime rib dips. Salads and drinks were OK also. The family discussed the experience on the way home, the general consensus was we won't be back. Food OK, prices way to high!More

Such a great place to visit. No Masks which is amazing when we all know I have a higher chance of dying on the ride there than I do of this so called virus! Oh and there is great food too!

I would agree.... I would think you could get to go.... I think the food is EXCELLENT... with that goes the price..... the owner is up front about the credit card charges, most places bury the charge in their prices... More
