This is a great place to try different wines at a cheap cost. I truly enjoyed the ambiance, and the varieties of wines they had. If you love wine and cheese this place is something to check out if you happen to be in Boise....A couple that we met when we where at the state capitol suggested this place and my friend and l checked it out. I am glad l actually stopped by. the 1oz. pours l tried range from $1.50- $2.75, so this is a great way to try different wines without wasting a whole bottle. They also sell wine there if you would like to snag a bottle to take home.More

Sat outside in the lovely Boise evening and enjoyed several great wine tastings. Service was good. The food was good. A wonderful experience!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Sat at the bar for 15 min and had to beg for a water. Finally got served a glass of wine which was nice but did not overcome horrendous service at the bar

We visited on Memorial Day weekend and the bar was full but not overly crowded. It’s a combination self-serve wine bar and waited drinks and food. They have a large selection of wines and we tried the some local vintages. We ordered a couple appetizers,...the hummus platter and the salami board, and both were very good. It’s a good place for happy hour and I would definitely return.More

I have dined here 3 times now. Each time was very enjoyable. They have a great patio that sits off a busy street and it was fun just people watching. The inside is also very cozy chic.

Enjoyed a selection of appetizers and wine with a group of colleagues. The wine selection was expansive - they even had wine from the renowned Red Mountain region in WA. Flatbreads and cheese board were delicious. Great setting for a group.

Bodovino is a great idea. Show your ID, buy a card, dispense and sample wine at will. This is the best place for meeting friends and socializing. The food is good too (you will need it). There are groups of people socializing, much like a...party, not a typical restaurant. Because you wander thru the wine selections, you will probably chat with others. Come with a friend or arrive solo, you will enjoy the vibe... It's a wine lovers paradise. Because people arrive early and stay late, seating can be challenging.More

A wine/snack bar where you go in, BUY A CARD, prepay for whatever amount you want on the card, buy wine, and roam around until your card is empty or you're snot-nosed. How am I supposed to know how much I want to put on...my card? Oh - it'll be still good the next time you visit! I'm from out of town. Chances are I'll never be in Boise again. But I have to pay you for the card so I can pay you for the wine?!?!? Uhhhhhhh. If you're a local who is trying to date 20 years younger than you, you can take her here, pay a tub for some OK wine, and repent with a hangover. OhMore

This is a fantastic way to enjoy great wine and food. There are about 160 bottles of wine in machines. You buy a card, put the card in the machine and get a 2 oz, 6 oz, or 9oz pour of the wine. These are...great wines, not just cheap or one choice wines like you get in some restaurants. The food was very good also. I wish they could do this in Washington state!More
