Everything we had for breakfast was fresh and tasty. My husband had an omelette, I had huevos rancheros, and our friend had the country benedict. All were very good. Two things that weren't perfect: they don't have orange juice (we're from Florida so maybe we...didn't realize everyone doesn't serve orange juice), and the coffee was just so-so.More

We met friends here for brunch on their recommendation. There was a bit of a wait, but it was definitely worth it. Good varied menu, with something for everyone, even chocolate pancakes for the 7 year old with us and espresso for the coffee lovers....It’s also a great place for a conversation - not too noisy, no distracting tv screens. There is plenty of outdoor seating too, though it was a bit too warm and sunny for our group the day we were there.More

Loved my meat lovers omlette! Ordered a hot cake so I could try that also and it was one of the best I have had. Spouse loved her ham steak and eggs. So much food we took half home for next day's breakfast. Fresh squeezed...OJ was also good.More

We stayed in the hotel near it, so we walked over and got seated. Service was excellent. I ordered the 2 eggs and meat. I had my eggs scrambled, and for the first time in a while, they actually got my eggs scrambled! The sausage...was delicious, and they put butter on my muffins. Definitely will come again.More

It was a cool morning in Boise as we walked into The Griddle to have breakfast. My friends had been here before and said it was one of the best breakfast they have had, so I need to try it out. They we're right! Everything...was fresh and the service was awesome. Even the jelly was homemade and delicious. Portions are good and the flavors blend well together. We all had different dishes and they all were presented perfectly, no one was disappointed. This will be a must for breakfast in Boise, even if you have to drive over you won't be disappointed.More

I met a customer at this location for a breakfast meeting. I didn't choose the location as I wanted to try something new begin from out of town. So glad we met here. I will be back on my own when in town. Totally beat...the hotel breakfast (but most places do). The menu was full of unique items. I really liked the Gravy Train Potatoes!More

typically eat at Griddle 4 or 5 times a month. One time a month is a group breakfast. this morning we were told we would have to wait until another large group cleared before we could be seated even though there were nine empty tables....once seated I asked why our group of 10 always gets crammed into a table for eight. The waitress said she could add a table but that is not what the two previous employees stated. If one and two customers can sit at a four person table and four people can be seated at a six person table, why is a group of ten crammed onto a table made for eight.More

I had lunch at The Griddle with a business associate. I had a very good BLT and Navy bean soup. The service was slow. I think it was a busy day. All the tables were full and we ate at the counter.

I just wish they would clean their restrooms, employees and guests are using these common restrooms and they are NOT being cleaned on a regular basis.
