Love the soup and salad bar and my friend had a delicious sandwich. We always find something here that will meet our diverse dining needs. We often have a vegetarian with us.

I love the new Co-op in Meridian. It is so spacious and light. A beautiful eating area and classroom there too. Wine tasting on the weekends often feature local wines and beers. We like to take the grandkids there so they can pick from the large selection of prepared foods. The burritos are so large we usually share -and better... More

After running, we came here for dinner. Both nights, I made a salad from the salad bar: kale, mixed greens, beets, sweet potatoes, and homemade dressing. Had vegan chocolate chip cookies. Enjoyed quinoa salad for lunch.

Love the fact the Coop added pizza by the slice to their offerings. They also have a house made gf crust that is superb. They usually only have one gf option at a time but I have had all of them and you can't lose. My favorite is the vegan Mediterranean followed closely by the kale pizza. The Aegean is... More

We are Co-op members and go there often for foods we cannot find anywhere else. Customer service is great and the staff is very friendly.

This supermarket is expensive (comparable with Whole Foods), but the sandwiches and other prepared foods do pay off. A lot of organic, GMO-free, gluten-free items for people concerned about their intakes. It is worth a visit, but don't expect to do the groceries for the whole month there if you are saving

I used to get a sandwich from the Coop once or twice a week for lunch. I stopped because no matter what bread I ordered it seemed to have come out of a plastic bag a couple of days ago. Or more. Dry, bad and boring. My daughter just came home from the Coop with a turkey sandwich on wheat... More

The Co-op first started in Hyde Park, in the Boise north end during the 70's. I have been and member since the late 70's. It is a non-profit member owned grocery store and competes well with Whole Foods if not out shines it for local food sales. It stocks all one would want to find for organic food, has a... More

The Co-op has been around since I was a baby, my parents and uncle helped start it as a true cooperative back in the early seventies. It has changed a lot in my lifetime, but it is still a really cool place to get organic and healthier choice items. It's a staple of Boise life, in my opinion. The location... More

Lovely produce and a really nice atmosphere. It's just across the parking lot from the delightful Cafe Vicino.
